Comfortable Stay

Very close location to Ramstein. The rooms were big enough for our family and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good, with hot coffee every morning! Big Emma’s next door was delicious.

The staff at check in didn’t let us know they lock the front door at night and to use the side door to enter. There was no employee on onsite over night like other hotels. First for us. We walked back from dinner to find the lights off and doors locked. Got us by surprise!

Location

The rooms were ok, but very dated...tims stood still. No real upgrades through the years. Bed was ok, bathroom old, shower head needs to be replaced urgent. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel close to the motorway. Restaurant Big Emma was amazing! The room was okay. Breakfast was also good.

The room did not have a cosy feeling. There were loud noises (door slammings) from the corridor through the door, even though we had the last room on the corridor. The wifi kept disconnecting, so we couldn't use it.

Leaving Germany from Ramstein Base

The hotel is located just a few miles from the Ramstein AFBase. There is a bus that charge less than three Euros and goes around base. The hotel offers delicious and hearty breakfast every morning. Big Emma restaurant is beside the hotel that opens until late and has a variety of German exquisite food. The hotel is at walking distance from downtown and the train station.

The hotel doesn’t have elevator but I requested lower room and they gave me one which had a balcony.

Waiting for a fly home

I like that the staff really try to help you in anyway they can. Ivan helps us the most and was very empathetic to our situation. Our flight delayed for several days and we had to stay waiting until the plane was finally ready to take off. He helps us making phone calls and letting us stay even after checking time, and later on we stay in the lobby until they called a taxi for us. Thank you Ivan.

Even though we had several fans it was hot, but the fans helped a lot.

A very nice little hotel of American style. Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Everything worked.

There was a cigarette smoke in the corridor but this is difficult for the hotel to check if the guests do not behave.

Good location to access Ramstein air base

Very close to Ramstein so a great place to stay if needing base facilities. Was a very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in the room

Could hear lots of foot traffic in the hallway as people came and went in the morning and evening

Short stay no frills

No AC beware. It was comfortable with fan and open window. Was not able to eat breakfast because of very early morning flight. Manager on duty the night we checked in was super helpful. She was at the sister property, Hotel Pirsch I believe.

We were redirected to a sister property approximately 1200 meters away. Would have been fine but we were on foot with backpacks and had just flown in.

this was an ok stay for 1 night. would love to have a proper size comforter for the bed. and consider adding a rug to ha

the room was clean and tidy. the lobby and staff were pleasant. breakfast was inclusive.

the room was extremely warm. there was only 1 twin comforter for a king size bed., people leaving the hotel at 3 am. can hear their luggage rolling on the floor.
