Friendly, uncomplicated, hands-on staff. Spacious room, practically and functionally furnished, impeccably clean, ample parking space, easily accessible from highway, close to airbase, but nevertheless quiet.

Best Shower in all of Germany

The room was clean, freshly redone per the receptionist, and the shower water pressure was so strong my husband is still talking about it! We were able to walk about 7 minutes to a small restaurant for dinner. While we were at dinner, the receptionist had called 3 different taxi companies to ensure they would be able to take us to Ramstein AFB early in the morning.

The hotel is located in the flight pattern of Ramstein AFB and the jets fly directly over the hotel! WOW! The 1st time we heard a jet we thought it was flying into our room. Good news is they don't fly after 10 pm.

A solid 8 rating. Cheap and comfortable, close to ramstein AFB (2 miles). Stayed one night, matches any econo hotel in states. Good Wi-Fi, elevator, lots of parking and on a six lane hwy, easy to find. Very friendly staff.

$16 for breakfast was a no go, just ate at a bakery for half that. Was surprised bus 160 from ramstein zob to landstuhl didn’t go by hotel, my error, had to walk half mile hotel.

I would avoid this hotel if given a choice.

The room smells like stinking feet. The bed was hard, you get 1 small pillow and a blanket that stinks. The ceiling on the bathroom has mold on it.

Overall great hotel, but aside from the location I believe it to be overpriced

On a good note, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was large, and filling. Staff was great in the kitchen area as well and offered assistance with our child at every turn. Had a fridge in the room, microwave in the hall, and soaps in the bathroom, and somewhat well furnished.

As for the not so good but not terrible either, the construction of the hotel, cosmetically speaking was a bit iffy. Doors did not close completely and required force to get them to latch, some stair plates had some movement which was a bit concerning, and the runway was extremely loud during the night but that isn't the hotel's fault. In fact I would consider it a plus because it is close to our final destination, Ramstein Air Base.

Exceptional. Best Kept Secret in Ramstein--not anymore! Highly recommended for English-speaking guests. Why? In addition to the staff. It is the first hotel we have stayed at in decades in Europe with 15+ English-speaking channels. Disliked · An access ramp will be nice for guests with mobility issues.

Exceeded expectations for a one-night stop. Staff were very friendly & pleasant, inside of hotel was new & nice. Bed & pillows were very comfortable, shower had great heat & water pressure. Might be the worst hotel experience I had in my 36 year life.

The location was convinient for our motorcycle trip. Breakfast was ok but do not expect greatness.

The hotel is going through some renovations, there is construction dust everywhere. In the hallways there are bunch of construction items such as cement, tiles, flooring etc. And you will wake up with drill noises at 08:00 AM on a SUNDAY! The there was no food and the bar was closed when we arrived around 19:00. And there are no close by shops or restaurants. You need to drive 3-4km for decent food. After eating outside, with the fact that the bar is closed, we shopped for some drinks just to find that there is no seating area inside. The staff told us there is no seating area at all but then we found out there was an outisde seating area. Also paid parking, just to park in the middle of nowhere! Some in our group had to pay for it, some not. So I am not sure if it is actually paid parking or they tried to milk whoever they can. Might be the worst hotel experience I had in my 36 year life.
