It was a place to sleep close to where i needed to be

Right in the heart of the city. It was really close to where i needed to be. The key pads was handy. The shower was excellent! WiFi was strong

I didn't know there was 2 buildings. The door code entering on the handle was tricky. The shower was great but no soap or shampoo in the shower. In the morning they cleaned up from a party in the square at 0800 and they were very loud. Not that the hotel could do anything.

Disappointing

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Noisy, room faced the restaurant which was not part of the hotel and the tables blocked the entrance to the hotel rooms. Also, no reception desk and when you call the phone number posted for assistance no one answers. The doors were propped open so no need to use the code given to open the doors to the hotel rooms. Most hotel guests that arrived were also confused with the set up of the hotel and could find the door key pads to enter their rooms. Very confusing with no assistance since there is no one on the premises to assist you.

Big room, big TV, big bathroom. I got the room to the internal yard and was a very nice view.

Tiles allover the floor. no functional heating in the room, only in the bathroom. Quite cold over the night. The side lamps were not functional.

Great food + coffee at restaurant, that's the main focus of the owners, the hotel isn't.

Parking, Italian restaurant (although same owners, not part of the hotel) next door, proximity to both Ramstein airbase and Kaiserslautern. Bed was OK.

Lot of noise till late in the evening from the kitchen of the restaurant, guests of the restaurant sitting outside just 1-2 metres from the window (closed, due to the noise, though I would have loved to open it for fresh air). Also no amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, showergel or bathmat on the floor. very basic. Wifi only worked on 1 device. Some lights in the room did not have a bulb. It all looks and feels old, broken and cheap here. We left 1 day earlier after 2 bad nights.

Sehr gutes Hotel zu fairem Preis in der Ortsmitte

Es ist schon über 10 Jahre her, dass ich damals noch im Hotel Degen war. Das erste Mal hatte ich dieses Mal ein Komfort-Zimmer im Haupthaus. Es ist natürlich kein Nobel-Hotel, aber für den Preis echt super und liegt mitten im Ort. Meine Firma ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar, auch wenn sie etwas außerhalb ist.

Schade, dass Hotel und Restaurant nicht mehr zusammengehören und das es Frühstück extern bei einer Landbäckerei gibt. War am Ende auch ok, aber nicht mehr so perfekt wie früher. Dafür ist das Restaurant im Haus auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war zu kalt im Zimmer. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich diese Unterkunft nochmal buchen werde.

Es ist sauber und hat eine ruhige Lage

Ein ziemlich großes Zimmer mit nur einem Heizkörper der nicht ausreichend war. Der Heizkörper im Bad hatte keinen Knopf und war nicht aufgedreht. Es war sehr kalt. Duschgel war nicht aufgefüllt. Es ist keine Ablage im Bad um seine Kosmetikartikel abzustellen. Wenig Komfort und dafür ist es zu teuer.

Einfache Unterkunft bei gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Ein einfaches aber sauberes Hotel, bei dem das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Kein Luxus, aber zweckmäßige Einrichtung und ein gutes Bett mit fester Matratze. Die Einrichtung ist ansonsten sehr einfach und minimalistisch, für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise aber völlig in Ordnung. Gut ist das Einchecken über einen Zahlencode, wenn man den richtigen Eingang gefunden hat. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist auch der Zahlencode auf der Türklinke des Zimmers. Im Erdgeschoss des Hotels kann man in einem Restaurant essen.

Im Bad waren leider die Kosmetiktücher alle. So was sollte bei einer Neuvermietung nicht sein.

Das Zimmer roch sehr nach Nicotin !! Das Waschbecken war viel zu klein für den Wasserhahn! Es spritzte über das Waschbecken hinaus. Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben und haben uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht.

Da können wir leider nichts finden. Vielleicht die Handtücher waren sauber

Wo fange ich da an. Licht hat nicht funktioniert. Zimmer und Bad waren voller Staub und Fusseln. Keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften da Terrasse von der Trattoria. Ganze Nacht hat das Licht auf der Terrasse gebrannt, und so weiter. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und für diesen Preis völlig überteuert.
