Luxury and atmospheric home

The apartment looks even better in reality and it is way more spaceous than we expected. We were like "Wow! Is all this space just for us??" The apartment is very beautiful, modern and cozy. Interesting design choices, i enjoyed finding new peculiar things here and there :) I especially loved the couch with all the pillows and warm blankets. There is a lot of storage space. I like the heaters as well, there's plenty and you can adjust the temperature on them. Kitchen is well fitted and spaceous, comfortable to cook at. There are lots of basic products for cooking as well. It's also pretty quiet, we weren't disturbed by any noise. Also very spaceous shower AND bathtub! The location is great too - right next to the dragon monument and close to everything else and there's a bus stop right there. Nice view out the windows too! Oh and the little terrace is so cute, i bet it's magical there in summer. My favourite part about the accomodation though is the entrance door :D And the staircase! I will not spoil it, but it's awesome. Might be challenging though for people with mobility problems.

Replacing the pillows might be a good idea, those are a bit tired and lumpy but still comfortable though.

Clean, spacious,well-equipped and great location

The location is excellent! The bed was very comfortable! The washing machine worked great. The kitchen was well equipped enough. The place was very clean. The terrace was nice. It is very spacious and nicely decorated. Having a separate WC was great!

The towel warmer in bathroom didn’t work.

Amazing stay in Klagenfurt, can’t wait to come back!

The flat is beautifully decorated and feels very cozy, everything that you need for your stay is provided and check-in instructions are super straightforward. The location is also absolutely perfect - shops, restaurants, bus stops and a fantastic market all on your doorstep.

Really loved the apartment

This is a beautiful apartment located across the lovely marketplace in Klagenfurt. The apartment building is historical, the apartment is beautifully decorated. The center is quiet so being centrally located is only an advantage.

There is very little to complain about this accommodation. If I had to make a suggestion, I can say that I personally prefer that some coffee is complimentary upon arrival and then the guest takes care of their own consumption- or the price of the coffee is included in the base rate. I can also suggest putting in travel size body wash and shampoo in the bathroom in case the guests inadvertently forgot to bring amenities with them (this is more a problem in countries in Austria where the shops close early, and are closed all Sunday).

The location was absolutely perfect. Very close to the center and the apartment was very clean, well furnished and a joy to stay in.

Gorgeous Apartment

This was a last minute booking and we absolutely loved it! The host was really helpful and quick to respond, the flat was beautifully furnished and had so many thoughtful touches like rituals toiletries throughout and a big bonus for us was the smart tv so we could watch netflix.

The only reason I couldn't rate this property a 10 was the lack of a thick curtain/blind in the bedroom, wouldn't be a problem in winter but not fun being woken up at 5am when you're on holiday. I would book here again, perhaps just take an eye-mask!

Very beautiful!

The flat is located right in the City centre, close to the big market square. The interior was impeccable, lots of space, very tidy, and the owner was easy to get in touch with in advance. We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful spot.

Great apartment, location & responsive host

Host, Fabian, very responsive. Apt walking distance to train station & bus at door step. Located in city center with market right opposite. Apt gave a luxury hotel like vibe..love it. Try the food in market, the day I went to eat it was mainly local having lunch there. I had a nice moist chicken snitzel . I would stay here again if I ever in Klagenfurt or on transit.

Not the apartment fault, it's how the Austria labour law is - no shops open on Sunday except those in the train station. I assume Sunday is the day to head for the lake, hike or cycling.

Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Am Samstag ist Markttag...gleich gegenüber der Wohnung Ausstattung ist sonst sehr gut- lässt keine Wünsche offen Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft!

Im Bad wäre vielleicht ein zusätzliches Licht beim Spiegel optimal Matratze ist mir persönlich zu weich

Echte Blumen im Zimmer Der Markt auf dem Platz vor der Wohnung Sehr zentral Gemütlich und liebevolle Details bei der Einrichtung Sehr geräumig und großzügig

Die Lüftung vom darunterliegenden Restaurant kommt direkt neben dem schlafzimmerfenster heraus … Lärm Wenig Licht im Bad Mir wurde nicht erklärt dass ich bei der Eingahrt in die Tiefgrage die Erhaltene Karte stecken muss …. Jetzt musste ich €74 dafür bezahlen … es wäre möglich gewesen dass Fabian mit der Garage dieses Missverständnis regelt … Ich habe aber leider nie mehr etwas von ihm darüber gehört 🤷🏼‍♀️

Als mehrfacher Besucher dieses Appartement kann ich nicht mehr viel dazu sagen. Außer glauben sie mir bitte kein Wort. Dann habe ich die Chance, wieder öfter dieses Appartement zu buchen. Aber trotzdem „Es ist Spitze!“

Номер отличный . В нем все предусмотрено до мелочей . Неожиданно , что была ванная и душевая кабина , все отличного качества . Кровать и диван удобные , кухня замечательная . Постель белоснежная . Еще поразили халаты , они великолепного качества , очень нежные и мягкие 😊. Квартира , я бы сказала стильная , со множеством деталей декора . От центра 2 минуты , рыночная площадь видна из окна . При закрытых окнах совсем ничего не слышно . Есть маленькая терраса , где приятно утром выпить чашечку кофе . В квартире есть большой сейф .

Все отлично , хотелось бы побольше вешалок , но это не минус , а пожелание

Wir sind bereits Wiederholungstäter und kommen auch noch einmal gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum. Wohnung ist wie ein Zuhause. Alles da, was man sich vorstellen kann. Absolut zum Wohlfühlen.

Ich würde mir noch 2 Weingläser bei der Küchenausstattung wünschen. Aber sonst ist wirklich für alle Eventualitäten gesorgt.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Eine perfekt ausgestattete, gemütlich eingerichtete, helle und geräumige Wohnung: Bequemes Bett mit guter Matratze, gemütliches Sofa im Wohnzimmer, großer Esstisch, ausgesprochen hochwertige Kücheneinrichtung (moderne Geschirrschränke, Spülmaschine von Miele), großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, separate Toilette, toller großer Balkon zum ruhigen Hinterhof mit Loungemöbeln zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt von Klagenfurt, nach vorne heraus kann man auf den Marktplatz schauen, das Schlafzimmer liegt straßenabgewandt.

Ein wenig ungastlich wirkte es, dass der Kühlschrank mit insgesamt ca. 40 Flaschen und Dosen vollgestopft war, die man hätte käuflich erwerben können. Auch ein Behälter mit Kaffeekapseln stand dort, pro Kapsel sollte man 50 Cent zahlen. Damit der Gast nach Ankunft die erste "Durststrecke" überwinden kann, wäre es sehr viel generöser, eine Flasche Wasser und 3 Kapseln gratis zur Verfügung zu stellen, wie es die meisten Gastgeber von Ferienwohnungen inzwischen auch handhaben. Auch dass wir bereits (mindestens) eine halbe Stunde vor offizieller Abfahrtszeit aus dem W-lan geworfen wurden, wirkt etwas kleinlich.
