Nice apartment, but weird neighborhood, next to abandoned hourse

Place has everything, looks nice, close to train station

It was next to an abandoned building, I had a balcony kind of door leading outside with the view to what looked like an abandoned building. That was weird. Front door was open 24/7 no lock, I could hear people walking in and out all night, didnt feel quite safe.

Kein Aufenthalt.

I had not seen the code amongst all the small print messages I had received and did not realize that we should use that to enter the building. Nobody answered at the front door and we returned to the station to continue our trip to Bleiburg. I phoned a number on Google to Bird House. No answer. On our way back to the station I got a call and the man said we should return to Bird House. We could not. My husband is 83 and was not in a state to walk back all the way.

Unbequemes Bett, Polster war sehr abgenutzt, Einrichtung war mehr Schein als Sein, teilweise Wasserflecken an Decke und Wänden, Verputz bröckelt ab, Balkon mit Ghettocharme, Smart TV ohne Satelliten Programme - nur Amazon Prime , alles sehr klein, kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen für 2 Personen, Appartement hat Yugocharme der 80er Jahre…

Muss nicht sein, gibt besseres

*Innenausstattung *Smart TV *Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals bei Problemen (z.B.: der Code am Eingang hat nicht funktioniert nach einem kurzen telefonischen Gespräch wurde der neue Code nach kurzer Zeit übermittelt und ein Check-In konnte ohne Probleme durchgeführt werden, kleines Handtuch war nicht im Zimmer auf Anfrage direkt ein sauberes Handtuch bekommen.)

*Sauberkeit war mangelhaft (z.B.: es waren im Bett lange schwarze Haare) *kein Geschirrtuch vorhanden *der Putzfetzen und der Schwamm zum Geschirr spülen stinken *keine Küchenrolle im Zimmer trotz Anfrage *kein kleines Handtuch erst gegen Anfrage *Gegend war nicht einladend - man fühlte sich deshalb nicht wohl *Im Badezimmer riecht es nach Rauch *zu wenig Geschirr *uneinladende Terrasse *Preis-Leistung passt nicht

Gemütlich und sauber

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es gab einen Ess- und Arbeitstisch, ein großes, gemütliches Bett und ein großes Bad. Die Möbel waren neu und zweckmäßig. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse mit urbanem Ausblick ;) Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minunten in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof. Busstation ist 30 Meter entfernt.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Super Lage in unmittelbarer Lage zum Hauptbahnhof, Bushaltestation vor der Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-In mittels Türcode.

Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, Nachrichten waren standardisierte Nachrichten (ist auch ok) nur wurde auf meine Nachricht nicht geantwortet und am Tag der Abreise bekam ich eine Nachricht dass ich auch einen Parkplatz nutzten könnte. Am Tag nach meiner Abreise bekam nochmal eine Nachricht mit dem Zimmerzugangscode. Kurz gesagt - das autmatisierte Nachrichtensystem funktioniert nicht gut.

Fin lejlighed - forfærdelig terasse

Selve lejligheden var fin - gode senge og fint badeværelse

Udsigt og terasse var helt forfærdeligt- terassen var bygget sammen med en tom bygning med smadrede ruder - terassen var fyld med skidt og cigaretskodder- helt helt uacceptabelt.. terassemøbel bestod af 2 gl spisebordsstole på et grønt tæppe..

Hatte beim Einchecken ein wenig Schwierigkeiten mit dem Selbstckeckin, und sofort jemanden erreicht der schnell und kompetent helfen konnte, top Service ! Top Preis - Leistung

原始房东邮件门锁的密码是错的，如果不打国际长途和房东联系是进不了房了，又花时间还花金钱💰，如果客人不懂外语怎么办？我最讨厌民宿就是密码老是错误的！！

Estudio amplio cerca del centro, aunque algo descuidado

• El acceso al alojamiento fue muy cómodo: todo se gestiona a través de códigos, sin necesidad de quedar con nadie en persona. • El recepcionista estuvo disponible por teléfono para cualquier problema, lo cual se agradece. • Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro, lo que facilita los desplazamientos. • La zona tenía bastante oferta de comida, sobre todo restaurantes tipo kebab. • La habitación era un estudio amplio, con dos camas, una pequeña terraza y una smart TV. • Contaba con secador de pelo.

• Aunque el acceso con códigos es práctico, no había una llave física dentro. Si se apaga el móvil o no recuerdas el código, no puedes volver a entrar. • La limpieza no era del todo adecuada, especialmente al lado de la cama. • No había enchufes cerca de la cama, solo debajo del escritorio, en el baño y en el alargador de la TV. • En el baño faltaban amenities básicos: no había gel ni champú, solo jabón de manos. • El barrio no parecía especialmente seguro, aunque tampoco resultó peligroso. • Me cobraron 2,70 € por persona y noche en la tasa turística, cuando en la descripción ponía 2,10 €. No es una gran diferencia, pero en estancias largas se nota.

Die Bettwäsche roch nach Rauch. An beiden Nächten war es zwischen 22-2 Uhr so laut im Stiegenhaus, dass ich mich als Frau mit Kleinkind ohne meinen Wachhund sehr unwohl gefühlt hätte.
