Perfectly located super clean apartment with loving attention to details for a cozy and comfy stay

Wonderful apartment, super clean and comfy, just a few minutes walk from the town center with a large Lidl round the corner. Great place for breakfast "Hafenstadt" just across the road. A most gracious host with super smoothe communication. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, AC,, flatscreen and wifi. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. When in Klagenfurt, check out the chess museum or enjoy a stroll along Lendhafen.

Sentirsi a casa in Austria.

La struttura era molto accogliente, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. A pochissimi passi dal centro. La cucina è completamente arredata. L’host è molto disponibile e quando richiesto ci ha fornito ulteriori asciugamani.

Potrebbe migliorare sulla pulizia e sulla comodità del materasso e cuscini.

L'appartamento è molto carino e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ha una posizione strategica quasi in prossimità del centro di Klagenfurt, così da poterla visitare a piedi, in prossimità ci sono anche locali dove fare pausa pranzo o anche un supermercato. Disponibilità di parcheggio. È ideale per una coppia o anche da soli.

Credo bisogna potenziare il rinfrescamento dell'appartamento, le temperature esterne erano notevoli e di notte ho sofferto per il caldo

Tolle, ruhige Unterkunft in guter Lage und mit guter Ausstattung.

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Ruhige Wohnung. Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, ideal für Fahrradfahrer. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Möglichkeit der Unterbringung von Fahrrädern im Keller. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Kurze Wege in die Innenstadt.

Fahrradkeller nur über Treppen erreichbar. Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, daher Treppensteigen erforderlich ( war aber schon bei Buchung bekannt). Kostenfreier Parkplatz einige 100m entfernt.

schnuckliges, modernes, kleines Appartment, sehr zentrumsnah ...das GRATIS-parken fünf Gassen weiter war kein Problem (5 Gehminuten) ...sehr feine, freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer - man fühlt sich gut betreut

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung in sehr guter Lage (etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt). Schöne Einrichtung; Küche vollständig ausgestattet. Netter Vermieter, unkomplizierter Check-In und -Out.
