They demand more money, extortionists

They lie about the amount of city tax. They continue to demand payment of tax and parking (which was not used) even after moving out and paying the tax in the office, at an inflated amount. They send an invoice in messages on the website. You can not find out about the checkout time in any way in advance - until they start knocking on your door. This is not showing anywhere.

Lovely renovated apartment with great location!

The apartment is very nice, new, comfy and tidy! The building was in renovation so we were not sure what to expect when we first arrived, but it was lovely. The host is very kind and communicative which we apreciated a lot. The area was very quiet but still pretty close to the centre by walk. Private parking available aswell!

Wished it was a bigger double bed but only because we were two rather tall people in it. Otherwise pretty comfy.

Zimmer war groß und geräumig

Es war sehr laut, die Lage ist nicht schön, aber für unsere Zwecke ok. Was mich gestört hat, war dass im Vorhinein nicht erwähnt wurde, das der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig ist. € 5 ,- sind nicht viel, aber es gehört erwähnt, nicht erst bei der Abreise.

L'endroit était propre, le café gratuit était agréable

Le pommeau de la douche fuitait, la porte de l'immeuble était cassée, il n'y avait que trop peu de couvert, l'ensemble fait cheap et low cost, il y avait des fils électriques qui sortaient sur le balcon, il n'y avait pas de lave vaisselles, la taxe de séjour a été augmentée alors que celle affichée n'était pas celle que j'ai payée, il n'y avait ni sel, ni huile, ni fer à repasser, il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement, 'hôte nous a dit qu'il revenait avec un ventilateur, il n'est jamais revenu sauf pour récolter la taxe de séjour

Ottimo per soggiorni brevi di 1-2 giorni

Ottima posizione, si può raggiungere il centro di Klagenfurt comodamente a piedi. La stanza è ben arredata, luminosa, con un gradevole terrazzino (che dà su un parcheggio) e ampie finestre che si possono aprire (anche se entra parecchio rumore dalla strada); il bagno è spazioso e luminoso. Il wifi non era funzionante, ma il problema è stato risolto dopo breve tempo e non ha più dato problemi.

L'alloggio non è funzionale: è presente una sola presa/interruttore vicino alla porta d'ingresso (se sei a letto devi alzarti per spegnere la luce; non puoi tenere il cellulare vicino al letto); non c'è una luce vicino al letto perciò se vuoi leggere alla sera è abbastanza buio; la televisione non funziona, non ha segnale. Ci sono delle bustine di tè, ma non c'è una Kettle...ho bollito un po' d'acqua in una pentola, ma non ci sono stracci per asciugarla prima di riporla. Per il prezzo pagato avrei gradito un asciugamano per il viso e uno per il corpo. Il proprietario mi ha chiesto una tassa di soggiorno maggiore rispetto a quanto segnalato da booking (forse per errore?), ma non ha insistito quando gli ho detto che avrei lasciato l'ammontare esatto previsto.

Etwas mehr Details wie eine kleine Lampe am Bett oder Salz/Öl, oder eine Steckdose in Bettnähe wären toll gewesen

La posizione,perfetta per quello che dovevo fare io! Camera carina al primo impatto ma poi . ... direi null' altro!

Deludente! Struttura in ristrutturazione,sporca,mal messa, tanto che per la prima mezz'ora,dopo aver suonato invano il campanello,pensavo di aver avuto una fregatura,non avendo internet la comunicazione era impossibile e nessuno mi ha avvisato prima di partire.Host inesistente,se non all' inizio prenotazione. Camera piccola ,letto e "cuscini" scomodi, le prese sono in posizioni scomode,il bottone della luce è uno ,ricordatevi di spegnerla prima di coricarsi, sinceramente ho pagato poco più di 100 euro a notte ma non li vale assolutamente! importante sapere che ti lasciano un solo asciugamano e con quello ti fai la doccia dei giorni prenotati ma ti asciughi anche le mani,se non hai internet non puoi comunicare,il loro wifi è funzionato mezza giornata,poi non funzionava più nulla...insomma andate altrove che con 100 euro si dorme in posti migliori! Dimenticavo ...online dovrai fare il check in...che io ovviamente non sono riuscita a fare ,non ho nemmeno potuto lasciare i soldi da pagare in struttura, perché non ho mai visto questo Amir ne un foglio di fattura, probabilmente lui le tasse non le paga!

Nicht buchen - Baustelle, dreckig, Baustaub, Horror

Das ganze Haus ist eine Baustelle, Baustaub überall, kein Licht vor der Zimmertür, Zimmertür war nicht zu öffnen, erst nach Nachfrage funktionierte die Öffnung der Tür. Ganglicht strahlt während der Nacht ist Zimmer. Es ist eine Frechheit, ein Zimmer unter diesen Umständen zu vermieten!!!! Erst als der Zimmercode übermittelt wurde, wurde ich informiert, dass ich nicht erschrecken soll, da sie eine Baustelle haben. Wenn ich diese Information vorab bekommen hätte, hätte ich das Zimmer nie gebucht.
