Exceptional

We stayed only 1 night, on our Journey back from skiing. We booked just few hours before arrival. The land lady let us oark in front of the house for free, as out car was too high to fit into the underground garáže. The place was stylish and clean, with comfortable bed a nice wooden floor.

Everything was excellent. The host is really kind and helpful. Apartment is comfortable and spacious and it has a lot of nice little details. Parking was also really helpful with the vicinity of city center!

A highly recommended accommodation in Klagenfurt

Everything. Contactless check-in, perfect location (between the railway station and the city center in a silent street, very close to the station and the old town). Restaurants, shops, museums, historical sites for a few steps away. The accommodation itself (well equipped and furnished flat, it provides a comfortable staying). It is perfect for 1-2 person for a shorter or a longer staying/trip and a good starting point to discover Carinthia and its beauties. We loved it.

Good place to stay in Klagenfurt

Good location, well-equipped room. Comfy king-size bed. The possibility to park the car in the underground car-park was much appreciated. The style of the room is a gimmick, but a fun one. The asked price seems absolutely justified for what is offered.

To open the door, one has to contact the owner, who then remotely opens it; check-out works in a similar fashion. It gets a bit cumbersome once the car-park is involved, and it's not as smooth a process as e.g. a key safe-box, but it works, and admittedly we didn't have any real problems.

5-minute walk from the train station in a quiet neighbourhood. Another 5 minutes into the town centre. Ideal location for my purposes. The studio flat was thoughtfully equipped, especially the kitchen. Instructions on how to get into the building and use the flat were very clear.

It's hard to find fault with this place. If there had been two of us, it might have felt a bit cramped after a while (I stayed for 8 nights), but for one person for a long stay or two for a shorter time, it is great!

Parking included. Easy access. Especially convenient in pandemic times to have a private space.

We had an incomprehension whether the city tax is included, information in our booking confirmation was ambiguous. In the end I payed extra so calculate an extra 2€ pp per night.

Very comfortable bed, nice, wide shower, well equipped kitchen. We appreciated also the garage place.

A bit too much of a fabric softener on the bedsheets. The smell was a big too strong.

Great location, 10 min walking from the city center, cozy, quiet and in general the place gives a trully homey feeling. Everything was clean and very nicely furnished. I would definitely stay there again!

In description was one bedroom, but in reality it is small studio with small kitchen without doors. Half of storage is used for maintaining room. Good for one night

Appartamento pulito, caldo, silenzioso e completo di ogni cosa. Parcheggio in garage coperto. Facile e velocissimo check in. Vicino al centro, 10 minuti a piedi.

Unterkunft für ein paar Tage Sightseeing hervorragend geeignet

Das angekündigte Verfahren zur Schlüsselübergabe hat zu 100% und unkompliziert funktioniert. Die Lage der Unterkunft zum Zentrum ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was von uns erwartet wurde. Die Matratzen waren nicht zu weich. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Die Höchstühle waren unbequem. Die Tiefgarage ist für heutige Autos u.E. nicht ausgelegt und am Stellplatz hat ein Rohr (vermutlich ein Lüftungsrohr) den knappen Platz noch mehr verringert (dafür kann natürlich die Vermieterin nichts).

Toller Aufenthalt - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll und freundlich eingerichtet. Alles war blitzsauber. Es war eine Küche, mit allem was man braucht, vorhanden. Eine Garage hätte man mitbenutzen können, war für uns am Wochenende jedoch nicht nötig. Das Zimmer wurde nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme mit der unglaublich freundlichen Besitzerin automatisch entsperrt, danach kommt man zum Schlüssel und zum Garagenöffner. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, da wir am Sonntag sehr zeitig zum Bahnhof mussten und es so nur wenige Minuten dauerte. Man kann kurz und bündig sagen: perfekter Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 😃

Es ist zu warm, ein Ventilator an der Decke oder als Ständer (Schwenkbar horizontal & vertikal) wäre perfekt. Der Lüfter mit Wasserfunktion ist nicht gut da er die Luft feuchter und somit die Luft wärmer nacht.

Aangenaam appartement zonder wifi

Op loopafstand van het station. Prettige ruimte, keuken en badkamer waren prima.

Geen internet/wifi. Dit was bekend bij verhuurder, maar zij had verzuimd om vooraf te melden dat de wifiontvangst niet werkte. Hierdoor had ik ook moeite met de informatie te ontvangen voor de sleutelcode. Uiteindelijk via berichtenservice info ontvangen. De ptijs-kwaliteitverhouding was niet in orde.
