Nice, clean space.

Nice, clean, comfortable space. There is a small oven, fridge and a microwave. No noise from the road with closed windows. There was no internet on the first night, but that was fixed next morning. Anna is very responsive and helpful. Recommended.

You do need to be careful with the arrival instructions because there is no key or code to open the room, and there is no one there outside of office hours to help you. Each time to open your room, you need to call a number from your cellphone which must be registered with booking. Talk to Anna in advance if you might have a problem with making calls and she will accommodate. Overseas travelers can buy a local sim card at Hofer for 3 euros, ask a Hofer staff to register it with your passport and load 7-10 euros which will last for a month or so.

- the telephone check-in system seemed confusing but was actually quite simple and fast - bathroom big and good shower

-Extremely hot in the room without aircon -0.70e a coffee capsule, 5e parking, etc... These things shouldn't be charged..

The apartment is well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher) and clean. The phone-based check-in process is convenient. The elevator is also a plus. Very good location.

Pillows were too soft (much like everywhere I stayed in Austria) and there is only a nightstand on one side of the bed. There were no hangers in the bathroom. Coffee was provided (not free) but no coffee machine. The shower looks fancy but all the options did not work properly. We were not able to connect to the Wi-Fi.

Exceptional

Tidy and very clean apartment, everything is inclusive(dishwasher,washing machine, kitchen with all needed equipment), good bed . It has a very good location if you want to be near to a train station ( 15 min until the main station by foot, about 20 min until the center of the town by foot, 2 min walk till a grocery store) , but if your goal is to swim and tan on a beach , then it is better to find smth near to the beach. But for me the location was perfect with respect of my purpose for a travel. I am glad that I rented this apartment and it is recommended for sure!

I wanted to use a coffee machine and I put in it a K-Cup, but afterwards I saw that a water container of the coffee machine was dirty and I did not use it ( but paid for the K-cup anyway;) ). Doors of wardrobes were always open, and I could not close it. As I faced with a such kind of door opening system the first time, it was quite time consuming to get in the apartment. And I do not know whether I will have to pay for every door opening or not (it was required to call to a number to open it; and I had a roaming - if not , then perfect!)- but if you are familiar with such a system , then it will not be a problem at all. It is not very convenient to take a shower, because a shower cabine doesn't have a shelf to put shampoo and other things there.

Es war zwar sauber, aber nicht besonders angenehm, Pluspunkt ist der Preis.

Der Preis war Ok, Lift war vorhanden, Parkplatz war vorhanden

Es war nicht besonders warm, der Boden ist durch Wasserbeschädigung kaputt und dadurch ist das ganze Apartment moderig und muffig. In der Dusche ist Schimmel, der Wasserhahn im Bad ist stark verkalkt. In der Küche kommt kein warmes Wasser.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole, Klagenfurt molto carina e belle passeggiate sul lago

Appartamento pulito, armadio molto grande cucina sufficientemente attrezzata.

Nell'appartamento mancava il comodino dalla parte destra del letto. La biancheria da bagno insufficiente. Solo asciugamano da doccia e uno per le mani a persona. Per una settimana troppo poco. Aria condizionata non comresa nel prezzo dell'appartamento, l'abbiamo pagata a parte.

Megfelelő pár éjszakára, a személyzet készséges

Tágas volt a szoba és a fürdő, a konyhában egy pár naphoz elegendő felszereltség van, van mosógép is.

Egy forgalmas út mellett van a ház, sajnos az utcára néző szobákban nem lehet nyitott ablaknál aludni, éjjel is nagyon sok autó megy.
