This place is beautiful and an oasis. So comfortable to sleep and beautifully designed. If you think the photos look good, it is even more impressive inside and out when you see it. Salvatore was an exceptional host and lives at the villa in a separate part of the home. He was always available when we needed anything and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We stayed over the Easter weekend he presented our kids with a little easter basket of italian treats which we enjoyed relaxing on the private terrace you see in the pics. The setting of this villa, via tree lined approach from the road makes you feel like you escaping into a film. We love Arezzo and now we know where we want to stay when we come again.

Location molto tranquilla, immersa nel verde, ma vicina al centro di Arezzo. Nonostante le temperature elevate, la vicinanza al bosco permette di avere fresco anche in piena estate. Villa arredata benissimo e Salvatore host eccezionale!

Una proprietà magica in una posizione meravigliosamente tranquilla. Arredata con passione e gusto. Il talentuoso artista ha creato un vero paradiso. Un luogo davvero speciale a soli 1,7 km da Arezzo. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dall'ospitalità e dalla disponibilità del proprietario. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il nostro meraviglioso soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente! 😊

Ein wunderschönes altes italienisches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail vom Vermieter renoviert.
Der Vermieter, der auch im Haus wohnt, stand immer wenn man ihn brauchte hilfreich zur Verfügung, gab gute Tipps und war sehr kulant als uns etwas kaputt ging. Das Zentrum von Arrezzo ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, das Haus liegt dennoch wunderschön im Grünen ohne direkte Nachbarn.
In beiden Bäder war Duschen nur in der Wanne möglich, für uns kein Problem aber ältere Mitreisende konnten diese nicht nutzen. Das ist kein Mangel an sich, war uns jedoch vorher nicht bewusst.
