We recently stayed at this accommodation and unfortunately encountered several issues: • The accommodation was not clean (stains on the kitchen counter, leftover food in the kitchen, stains on the sofa, and hairs in the hot tub). • The bed was of very poor quality and felt as if it might collapse at any moment. • There was constant noise from the pumps of the hot tub. • The listing gave the impression of having a lot of privacy, but in reality there was none (the chalets are directly opposite each other, overlooking one another, which was not clearly stated). • The owner showed up unannounced while we were having dinner. This may have been well-intentioned, but we did not appreciate it. • We often felt watched, for example by children staring through the windows while we were in the hot tub. • The neighbor’s dog frequently came by to beg for food. • The advertisement stated that the rooms were non-smoking, but it was not mentioned that smoking outside was also prohibited. Upon arrival we were informed that smoking was only allowed in one designated area at the gate, which would definitely have influenced our choice had we known this beforehand. • Finally, upon checkout, the host reported our stay to Booking.com as a “no-show,” which we found very strange. Overall, these points significantly affected our experience. Edit: after placing this review the host texted and said they will take legal action against me…

Awesome location and private jacuzzi

The jacuzzi with the great view on our own porch was awesome. The location is secluded in between olive and wine fields. The staff was very nice and allowed us to switch our bungalow to a one with a better view. We were there in October and were alone.

Luogo veramente curato e ben attrezzato,oltre che bellissimo. Bungalow ampio,veranda fuori con jacuzzi privata che già solo questo merita.. in più due bagni con due docce,cucina piccola ma ben attrezzata e frigo bar trovato già con bevande all’interno! Parcheggio privato comodissimo. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili,ci sono venuti incontro con l’orario del check-in e quando li abbiamo contattati per una domanda ci hanno risposto immediatamente. In più,posizione veramente comoda,perchè nonostante è immerso nel verde,in dieci minuti si raggiunge Arezzo dove si trovano tutti i servizi necessari. Torneremo sicuramente,grazie ✨

La struttura gode di un’ottima posizione: vicina al centro di Arezzo ma allo stesso tempo immersa nella natura. Si vede che è nuova, molto carina e curata, e si respira davvero un’aria di pace e tranquillità. Apprezzata anche la possibilità di acquistare in anticipo prodotti tipici direttamente dal sito dell’attività dei proprietari, con l’idea di trovarli all’arrivo. All’interno del bungalow abbiamo inoltre trovato una bottiglia di Chianti offerta, gesto molto gradito.

Purtroppo si percepisce che la struttura e la gestione sono ancora nuove e, secondo me, da perfezionare. A partire dal check-in: pur ricevendo tutte le indicazioni necessarie, ci viene chiesto l’orario di arrivo (rientrante nella fascia indicata), ma una volta arrivati non c’è nessuno in reception. Inoltre, avendo acquistato dei prodotti da farci trovare in camera al nostro arrivo, questi non erano presenti; ho dovuto contattare la struttura e mi è stato detto che sarebbero stati consegnati più tardi, quando però noi non eravamo più in struttura perché usciti ad Arezzo. Un altro aspetto importante riguarda la jacuzzi privata esterna al bungalow, uno dei motivi principali che ci aveva spinto a prenotare: purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla per mancanza di acqua calda. Ci era stato comunicato che sarebbero serviti circa 60 minuti per ricaricare il boiler, ma l’acqua calda non è mai arrivata, nemmeno dopo oltre due ore di attesa. Ho scritto su WhatsApp alle 21:55 al numero di riferimento lasciato dai proprietari per segnalare il problema, ma non ho ricevuto risposta fino alle 12:57 del giorno successivo, quando mi sono state porse le scuse per il disagio e mi è stato detto che avrei potuto chiamare.

Da rivedere

Il complesso abitativo ben curato e la gentilezza dell’host che tramite sms per il ci ha fornito molte indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura e per anche per il check in fuori orario.

Le camere da letto purtroppo visto il periodo freddo sono risultate veramente troppo fredde, la presenza di un solo split per il riscaldamento nonostante impostato alla massima potenza essendo posizionato nel salottino/cucina non riesce chiaramente da solo a riscaldare anche le due camere e il bagno, rendendo il pernotto travagliato.

Molto piacevole!

Struttura molto carina, immersa nel verde e nel silenzio, nonostante sia a pochi km dalla città. Il bungalow è molto semplice ma funzionale: ha veramente tanto spazio, con stanze e bagni privati, per un gruppo di amici o una famiglia, ma anche per una coppia è stato molto comodo. E poi la vasca idromassaggio è un plus veramente prezioso :) da provare una volta nella vita!

Posizione, confort, parcheggio, servizi. Soprattutto la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata privata, per ogni unità abitativa.

La colazione al costo di 10/15€ a persona è composta da una porzione di succhi e marmellata, cialde caffè thè e cremina, e fette biscottate. Troppo troppo misera, manca latte, pane e frutta fresca ed il salato.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch nahe an Arezzo. Die Unterkunft ist ein Mobilhome mit einer tollen Holzterasse. Die Sitzkissen und Liegen sind perfekt zum Relaxen und der Infinitipool ist was Besonderes. Auch die Matratzen sind neu und man schläft sehr gut. Die Küche hat ein Induktionsfeld und ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich Tassen fehlen.

-L'esposizione uno di fronte all'altro, non avendo "barriere" la privacy viene meno (basterebbe una siepe lungo la pavimentazione d'ingresso) -una parte si gode il sole mattutino, l'altra tutto il sole pomeridiano senza possibilità di ombra (la tenda alla yacuzzi farebbe molto comodo anche in altri spazi esterni) -La macchina del condizionamento installata dietro la paretina del testaletto non offre un gran confort notturno.

Natura e relax

Struttura nuova molto ben accessoriata. Parcheggio privato disponibile. Nel patio è disponibile anche una Jacuzzi privata, il vero fiore all'occhiello della struttura! Staff molto gentile e disponibile per risolvere criticità. Luogo molto suggestivo tra olivi e vigne. Molto graditi vino ed acqua come omaggio. Ottima possibilità di fare aperitivi e degustazioni con prodotti del posto, consumabili al bar o direttamente in camera.

Dopo il check in abbiamo trovato degli operai che lavoravano in prossimità del nostro alloggio. Dopo il loro intervento abbiamo constatato che nella Jacuzzi non era disponibile l'acqua calda. Fortunatamente la gestione, nella persona di Simona, ha fatto tutto il possibile per ovviare ai suddetti problemi assegnandoci un nuovo alloggio.

De ligging, de rust en de vrijheid waren enorm fijn. Het welkom van de gastvrouw was ook een prettige bijkomst.

Wij hadden 2 hondjes met ons mee. En hoewel het verblijf en de omgeving de hondjes ook rust gaven is het terrein nog niet helemaal hond vriendelijk gemaakt.

Posizione ottima, In campagna ma a 7 minuti in auto dal centro di Arezzo. Il bungalow prefabbricato ampio (con doppio servizio!) è dotato di ogni confort. La vasca idromassaggio esterna è il plus. La receptionista molto gentile e disponibile

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Luogo tranquillo a soli 4 km da Arezzo e non lontano dall 'autostrada. La ragazza dell' accoglienza Simona é stata gentilissima, accogliente e sorridente. La Mobil home spaziosa e pulita. L'esterno con vasca idromassaggio e panorama sulle colline veramente unico. E poi essere circondati da vigneti e ulivi nelle campagne toscane non ha prezzo.
