Peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting.

We loved our stay here. It was beautiful for the holidays. Peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I especially loved the baked apples. We also greatly enjoyed a superb meal in the greenhouse.very special for our celebration of our daughter’s engagement. Everything here was top notch. The area and Arezzo are well worth a visit. It must be amazing in warm weather. I’d love to return and stay longer!!!

Fantastic property with very welcoming staff. The breakfast with homemade cakes and jams was outstanding.

The fattoria has been restored with great care to provide modern facilities. Really lovely bedroom with terrace.

We visited on a wet winter evening so could not really appreciate its’ surroundings and the restaurant was closed. We will return in spring.

Beautiful area, farm, home! Can’t wait to return!

Mama Mia!! Everything.. they paid such close attention to detail. The rooms were decorated beautifully and thoughtfully. No detail left out. The staff are all gems, especially the owners and Fredericio, who I was able to have some conversation with. Complimentary bottle of wine in the room along with some teas, slippers, toiletries. They did not forget anything. Breakfast was good. Dinner was also very good especially the tagliatelle.

We already plan to be back!

We liked everything! The spacious room, the restaurant with excellent food made with local products, the beautiful garden and the warm welcome from the owners and staff. The breakfast chef, Elisa, started to prepare the allergen-free food at 3 am in the morning. It’s a treat!

Good location, good value.

Room was large, bathroom was large, room had a terrace. Rustic but clean.

Shower was small, bed was very hard. Location near residential area, no views of countryside. We had one scorpion in the room, didn't see or find any others. Breakfast service was generally slow with one server for all guests. Many times had to ask for items. No menu, no buffet. Staff just brought food. Didn't find out until the final breakfast that there were sweet and savory options we could have ordered. Elevator was out of service when we arrived but in service when we departed. Stairs to upper level have unusual turn configuration, more than one guest stumbled coming down.

Beautiful relaxing stay in Tuscany

Beautiful farm stay in Tuscany. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lot of nice little touches. All staff were amazing, both helpful and super friendly making you feel right at home. The pool area was amazing in the summer heat, and the surrounding grounds were lovely. The restaurant onsite for dinner was fantastic, and the local produce was spectacular. The breakfast provided was amazing!

Not a big issue due to the location and your setting but the wi-fi was a bit spotty throughout.

Excellent stay

Excellent service and attention to detail throughout - establishments of this kind are rarely this good. Can only echo all the praise by other guests. It has got it all - spacious rooms, very pleasant courtyard area and ample parking; the pool came handy in scorching heat and the breakfast is second to none. The restaurant and their wines are also very good. All in all, this a highly recommended place.

Wonderful experience, highly recommend

This place was absolutely stunning, I cannot recommend a stay here highly enough. The location, accommodation and restaurant were all beautiful topped only by Alberto, Christina and team's kind, warm and generous hospitality. Would love to go back! The room was spacious and comfortable with all the modern amenities and lovely views. The breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant were some of the best food we have had, all created with produce from the farm.

Beautiful and relaxing place, with an excellent dining experience. Francesco, the maitre’d, was fantastic—he took the time to explain the “0 Km” menu concept in detail, which added a meaningful touch to our meal. Breakfast was equally impressive, and Elisa from the breakfast chef went the extra mile to outline all the available options. Her warm and attentive service truly enhanced our morning experience. Added value the vicinity to Arezzo but fair enough to be relaxed and quiet.

The property looks amazing. We were speechless. The whole farm is like a dream. Our room was beautiful, full of details and all the amenities needed. Overall, we loved it!

The breakfast should have the menu so that we can read and choose what would we eat and the service could be a bit faster. On the other hand, the food is delicious.

we spent three days at breathtaking property run by extraordinary Alberto and whole team who takes care to to make our stay absolutely amazing. It was above our expectations. Starting from the moment we entered with warm welcome with bottle of vine from their own production, perfectly decorated room equipped with everything you need, garden is just amazing and originally organized with lots of plants lighting and candles. Amazing food with carefully planned traditional Tuscan recipes and served and decorated on creative and contemporary way. We loved their Aristodemo Sangiovese red vine, it’s absolutely must have. you could also choose to get your meal on their “greenhouse” for breakfast under the Tuscan sun or an romantic dinner with candles. Young waiter Francesco did his best to present to my wife typical Tuscan winter soupy meal with lot of different vegetables which we liked a lot. we will back for sure.

Beautiful grounds, super clean rooms with crisp white cleanest sheets and very charming decor. Can’t say enough about our hosts and all staff - make you feel like part of family. We had a chance to eat dinner and breakfast- all food and wine is produced and made there at the farm - fresh, delicious and served beautifully and with love and caring. If anyone needs true relaxation and pampering- this is the place to be . Bonus : has outdoor pool Will definitely return
