Casina Dei Sogni

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo weekend in questa location, da ogni punto di vista, la casa era molto spaziosa e pulita, in cucina abbiamo trovato ogni genere di comfort, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè ecc. La piscina é molto bella e gode di una fantastica vista, rimane illuminata di sera e ha tutto, lettini, gazebo il tutto all'interno di un parco che offre grande privacy. I proprietari sono gentilissimi s super disponibili CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!! Per noi un weekend da 10

Per la prima colazione anche se non prevista, i proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare un'ampia fornitura di cialde per il caffè espresso, d'orzo e decaffeinato, la posizione della struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa, un'oasi di pace e relax con viste mozzafiato da ogni angolo con una menzione particolare per quella che si gode dalla piscina dove veramente si domina la val di chiana!

Sinceramente non andrei a modificare nulla in quanto il rapporto qualità/prezzo è veramente da 10 e lode, la strutturà va bene così com'è per chi non cerca lusso estetico ma bada alla sostanza e non vuol gettare denari in frivolezze!

la posizione è molto panoramica perchè domina la Valdichiana fino al Trasimeno, ma non è vicina al centro di Arezzo

Captivating location - the views, the sunsets, the sounds of church bells or the morning cockerel drifting across the wide valley, the smell of the pine woods and the thrum of the cicadas. Sophisticated and timeless Tuscan nature which one appreciates from so many terraces (the one by the large and lovely pool being the best). The house is large, each bedroom is ensuite and the mattresses are comfortable. Just a 15 minute jaunt into beautiful and interesting Arezzo, but utterly buried in nature. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. A very hard place to leave!

The kitchen is rather small, and the equipment is functional. Otherwise it is a matter of details which could make a liveable space really lovely - dimmer switches on the living room lights, better wi-fi (it is awfully slow), the sofas should really be a bit bigger and form a convivial space around a coffee table, rather than just be pushed against the wall, a bigger moka pot, a sieve, a cake tin, more than 4 wine glasses, just details.. Insects, mostly harmless spiders, do seem to make their way indoors rather plentifully. But honestly, after a day or two one doesn't worry about any of this as it is still a wonderful place to be.
