We had the most unforgettable stay here in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They thoughtfully recommended wonderful restaurants and wine tastings, and organised the most amazing birthday dinner - complete with homemade food and local wines that were absolutely exceptional. The care, attention to detail, and personal touch throughout our stay made it truly special. The villas are beautiful, perfectly maintained, and surrounded by peaceful views. The pool and gardens are stunning, offering the kind of quiet that instantly relaxes you, while still feeling warm and inviting, like home. Every detail of our stay was perfection. We felt so well looked after and genuinely cared for. This is one of those rare places that makes you want to return again and again, and we absolutely will. Grazie mille for giving us memories we will treasure forever.

A perfect place to relax with family and friends.

The villa is located just a few kilometers from Arezzo. Everything necessary for daily life is close by, but reaching the shops requires a car, as there are no sidewalks leading into town. However, there is a very good restaurant/pizzeria right near the villa, where pizzas are prepared very quickly. It is recommended to make a reservation if you plan to dine there. The host, Martina, is very friendly and accommodating. She responds quickly to any questions. The villa is beautiful and well-maintained, with a lovely courtyard and plenty of different spots to sit and relax. It's definitely a family-friendly place. The pool area is clean and equipped with comfortable loungers. There's also the option to have a barbecue evening with your group. I highly recommend visiting this place. It's also suitable for larger groups – we stayed there with 10 people.

Everything was absolutely wonderful – the only downside was the lack of walking paths to the shops.

Fantastic place with the most heartful owner

We had amazing stay at the Villa. Apartment is really spacious, has super view out of the window. Air conditioning is working well. Pool area is so pretty. Very close to supermarkets (3 mins drive!), to Arezzo. Also quite close to Cortona, Montepulciano… But the cherry on top is the amazing owner. Martina is very open and kind person, we enjoyed communication with her a lot. She is really willing to help: she comes straight away to fix things, helps with advice of what to see and do around and recommends fantastic restaurants.

One can hear cars from the highway, but it is the price to have everything so close. It didn’t really bother us much.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany that exceeded all our expectations.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa d’Epoca Carniani! We were a group of 10 girls celebrating a bachelorette party, and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is stunning – peaceful, charming, and full of Tuscan character. The villa was fully equipped, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our host Martina was simply wonderful – incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. She truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place for any special occasion or a relaxing getaway in Tuscany. We would love to come back someday! 💛

Private Oasis in Tuscany

The place exceeded our expectations! The pool is only shared between us and another family, which made it perfect after a day of touring the old cities of Tuscany. We immensely enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing. It is centrally situated, 10 minutes away from Arezzo by car. Martina was a gracious host and very accommodating, check in and check out was fast and efficient.

Perfect. A lovely place to stay. A hidden gem tucked away with a pool lots of privacy and gardens

Everything was just perfect. It's a lovely place to stay plenty of space and privacy. Our host family made us so welcome very friendly and helpful ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The grounds and pool are a great place to relax with lovely gardens and seating areas to relax in the shade to sit around the pool or eat out for breakfast or in the cooler air of the evening. Easy access to nearby places of interest and local shops. It was the ideal place to travel out to Florence by train one day or drive to nearby towns such as Sienna, or take day trips out along the Chianti valley roads wine tasting. 🍷 I recommend this place you won't be disappointed and will be glad you made the choice to stay. We spent a week here whilst touring the tuscany area and look forward to visiting here in the future.

Perfect family vacation in a beautiful Tuscan villa.

The villa was a perfect choice for our family holiday. Peaceful location and only few kilometers from the city center. Building full of history but modernly equipped. Nice & clean rooms in two levels plus a private terrace. Beautiful garden with pool. And the owner family were so nice and helpful. Couldn’t be better. Thank you! Definitely will re-visit again.

The host Martina and her family was great.. They made US feel at home, gave advice for nice restaurants and even picked us up once in the city when there was no taxi because of stormy weather.. The pool and garden area is great as well!

Beautiful villa to enjoy

Hidden gem just outside Arezzo. Martina, the host, turned out to be friendly and helpful. Before our arrival we exchanged few msg to agree on what time we will arrive and once we arrived she was waiting for us to show us around which made us feel like at home. Its beautiful villa with large site including big pool and well maintained garden. Doubled room apartment is spacious and has everything we needed for our stay. Mix of modern and ancient times feel like staying in palace. Located on two floors includes also large private terrace where we ate breakfast and had glass of wine. Two dogs on site are friendly and made us laugh a lot. 10min drive to Arezzo where we dined every evening in restaurants recommended by Martina.

Staying at Villa Carniari was the perfect vacation for us. The property is beautiful... perfectly maintained garden, spacious and a fantastic pool. The apartment we stayed in was extremely comfortable with a very typical style and decor. It was spotless and more than exceeded our expectations. The location of this gem was perfect for our stay in Tuscany. It is the ideal base from which to visit several places of interest by car. The friendly and extremely sympathetic hospitality of Martina and Allessio were the icing on the cake for us. You feel more than welcome, get great tips... they were the perfect hosts. In summary, these are the things that made the stay at Villa Carniari unforgettable for us: - Comfort and luxury - Beautiful garden with large recent pool - Warm welcome - Spotless rooms, hygiene 10 out of 10 - Excellent geographical location

Wonderful stay in the heart of Tuscany.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa D.Epoca Carniani. Martina and her husband were superb hosts and were prompt to communicate with and to answer any questions. The pool was amazing and kept in pristine conditions as was the rest of the property. With temperature over 30 degrees everyday we used the pool everyday:-). Short drive to Arezzo, Montepu chino and Cortona. An hour to Siena..the location was great! We will definitely be back! Thank You Martina for a wonderful stay.

Piacevole soggiorno.

Struttura molto bella. Spaziosa e pulita. A disposizione il necessario per fare colazione e anche i condimenti poter cucinare, così come detersivi per lavastoviglie e per pulire. Proprietaria disponibile nel venirci incontro per gli orari del check in. Immersi in un giardino splendido con una grande piscina. Essendo stati in inverno non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire ma servizio a disposizione dei clienti .

Consiglierei di fornire la cucina di qualche stoviglia in più (mancavano le forchette) e una pentola grossa per poter cucinare per tutti gli ospiti dell’appartamento, essendo da sei persone.

Heerlijke plek om nog eens naar terug te gaan

Ons ruime appartement in de villa had een heerlijk terras met uitzicht op het zwembad. Wij vroegen last minute aan of we de sofabank in de enorme woonkamer konden gebruiken, en die stond opgemaakt voor ons klaar! Martina en haar familie zijn superaardig, dat alleen al is een reden om terug te komen. Het zwembad is prachtig. Het is makkelijk om vanaf de villa op stap te gaan en er zit een fijn restaurant aan de overkant van de weg.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en Toscane, à la Villa d’epoca, que nous n’oublierons jamais. Martina et Alexis sont des hôtes formidables, qui nous ont accueillis dans leur magnifique maison avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Tout était parfait : leur disponibilité, leurs conseils précieux sur les lieux à découvrir, les restaurants à tester et les expériences à vivre ont rendu notre voyage inoubliable en famille. Le logement est impeccable, pensé pour que l’on s’y sente comme chez soi. L’environnement, avec la piscine et le grand jardin, est idéal pour partager des moments de détente, de rires et d’apéritifs conviviaux. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et déjà un brin de nostalgie… En espérant revenir très vite chez Martina et Alexis !

Fantastisk

Et fantastisk sted. Fikk mange gode tips om restauranter, vin, matbutikker og ikke minst slakter for grilling. Basseng området og omgivelsene var helt perfekt. Reiser lett tilbake hvis vi er i området.

Kunne gjerne hatt et litt større kjøleskap med fryser da vi som fam. på 4 overnattet i 8 netter. Dette er selvfølgelig bare småting. WiFi kunne selvsagt vært bedre…

Tutto perfetto, appartamento grande e comodo, a pochi minuti dalla città

A meno di dieci minuti di auto da Arezzo, in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Il nostro appartamento era grande, pulito e confortevole, con l'ulteriore comodità dei due bagni e del termostato dedicato per ogni piano. Molto bello anche lo spazio esterno, con la veranda, il giardino e la piscina, sicuramente maggiormente apprezzabili nei mesi caldi. Proprietari squisiti e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, e hanno riempito di complimenti il nostro cagnolino.

FAVOLOSO

Davvero un posto incantabile, dal primo momento siamo collegati su wassap, tutto simplice al arrivo. Posto buono per parcheggiare, vicino ad Arezzo e Cortona. La casa molto comoda, ben fornita e la atenzione e recepcion molto acogliente. Era mio compleanno e ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di vino dal posto per festeggiare.Hanno acettato anche che abbiamo portato a Xharly nostro cane. Una maraviglia di posto con una luce speciale nel soggiorno al mattino. Di sicuro nel estate deve essere stupendo visto che conta con pisicina ed una parco.

Solo dire che metterei un po di roba per la colazione.
