Villa D'Epoca Carniani

We stayed in a beautiful family-run villa just outside Arezzo, and our experience there was exceptional. Martina, our host, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us during our visit. She shared detailed local knowledge, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even helped us track down information connected to my husband’s ancestors — something we deeply appreciated. The apartment itself, set within the family’s historic villa, was lovely and full of character. Every room felt cared for and authentic, with touches that made it feel both homely and special. The garden was another highlight: peaceful, beautifully kept. Martina’s warmth and generosity made our stay truly memorable. A wonderful place to stay if you want comfort, charm, and a host who genuinely cares.

The location is great; the part with the pool is absolutely gorgeous! The host, Martina, is a nice and very very pleasant person! She give us all the information that we need, make for us a reservation to a restaurant nearby. By the way, the restaurant is across the street, Chez Vous is the name and there we eat the very best food in entire our stay in Tuscany! In Siena, Florence and other cities we eat only in restaurant for the tourists and the food was expensive and not so good... We stay in Superior Villa , 4 adults. Very spacious, the kitchen well equipped, 3 bathrooms, nice terrace.

I told the host what to look for and he thanked me for the suggestion, he found it useful, so I have nothing to complain about, maybe about the mattresses, we prefer them to be stronger, but this it depends on everyone's taste...

Beautiful property with ample room for our stay. Convenient location to Arezzo or surrounding area! Martina was so helpful and responsive in communication!
