CHIAROMANNI SUITE

Very clean and the lady was lovely and helpful

We stayed in this suite during Christmas break and we traveled to Arezzo by car. We were searching for the parking at least for 1 hour, as the parking which was recommended by the host was fully booked and in general there seem to be an issue with the parking space in this town. The suite itself if very spacious with the modern design. Location is perfect, very central, close to the places of interest and the street with nice restaurants.

Parking experience - next time i would prefer to have a hotel/apartment, which has the option of the reserved parking and since this suite has very high ceiling and air heating it was quite fresh in the room, especially after the shower. Apartment would be perfect probably in spring, summer time, but in winter it is quite cold. We stayed for 1 night which was ok, but i would not like to stay the 2nd night in a cold winter day in this suite. The air heating was working, but blowing exactly on the bed, which made the air very dry and we didnt sleep well.

I'm into historic architecture and this was the best room/apartment I've ever stayed in in Europe. All of the original walls,etc but with modern conveniences.

Parking was a bit inconvenient but we made it work. An umbrella in the room would be a nice touch.

Carino l'appartamento, io avevo quello che si chiama "corte"

Era a piano terra senza una finestra sull'esterno tranne che sull'andronw interno, quindi claustrofobico, il check in era fai da te, ma lo sapevo, all'interno apparentemente tutto carino, ma tutto limitato, un rotolo di carta igienica, uno scottex con tre fogli di carta, tre salviette, nessun cava tappi, due bottigliette di doccia schiuma piccolissime, e una candela senza nessuna cosa per accenderla visto che il piano cottura era ad induzione. Tra l'altro questo era stato bloccato dal precedente inquilino quindi nn si riusciva ad utilizzare dal momento che mancavano le istruzioni (per fortuna la ragazza della struttura tramite whatsapp è riuscita a sbloccarlo) il forno a microonde era sporco nella griglia sopra tanto che una volta utilizzato e pulito all'interno, ha emesso una puzza terribile, ed abbiamo dovuto buttare ciò che avevamo preparato, nell'unico sacchetto dell'immondizia presente e tra l'altro nemmeno differenziata. Due ultime cose anzi tre, cuscini pessimi, rumore dei tarli che mangiano il legno delle travi sopra la tua testa e per finire spa a pagamento, cose che nel profilo della struttura non viene menzionata se non in piccolo e nelle note della struttura.
