Fabulous

Totally my fault and didn’t ruin our trip in any way, but having a toddler and no barrier around the pool meant I couldn’t fully relax (as much as you can with a toddler!!) not a criticism but a learning for me!!

Lovely stay in a great location with good views of Arezzo.

Location is perfect, just outside Arezzo on a hill overlooking the town with cooling breezes. Arezzo is only 2 miles away and easy to park in.

A dishwasher would be really useful.

Trop chère pour les prestations offertes, la proximité de la scierie devrait être indiquée

J'ai apprécié le nombre de chambres et salles d'eau + WC. Le terrain est grand, plutôt bien aménagé. Le patio est sans doute ce qui donne le plus de charme à la maison.

La piscine est vétuste, la margelle et le liner sont à refaire. Le barbecue est sommaire, les grilles n'étaient pas propres, les cendres pas vidées avec des mégots à l'intérieur. Il n'y avait même pas de charbon de bois pour faire le premier barbecue. Le matin, dès 7h la scierie en contre-bas (située à quelques centaines de mètres) était en marche et très bruyante. Cela n'était pas mentionné dans la description et rendait impossible une détente dès le matin, pourtant les meilleures heures de la journée en cette période de grosses chaleurs. A notre arrivée, il n'y avait aucun accueil : ni verre d'eau fraiche, ni même des capsules à café pour se faire un café après des heures de route. Cela ne couterait pas cher de proposer une boisson fraiche et quelques capsules à café pour assurer l'arrivée et le lendemain matin. Un lave-vaisselle pour une maison pour 8 à 10 personnes me semblerait pertinent. Les poubelles sont trop petites pour une semaine de séjours, les sacs sont stockés à l'extérieur. Par chance les sangliers qui traversaient le terrain le soir ne les ont pas attaquées.

La piscina, la privacy, l’ampio spazio esterno. La struttura garantisce privacy e comfort, lo spazio esterno è ampio, la piscina e gli interni sono molto puliti. Rispetto alle foto ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Consigliamo per una vacanza relax tra amici.

Nulla, l’unico consiglio è di assicurarsi della posizione mandata dall’host. Viste le nostre difficoltà, con noi gli host sono stati molto gentili perché ci hanno proposto di trovarci in un luogo e accompagnarci alla struttura
