garden with lawns and rose gardens. Beautiful view of the countryside.
The property is divided into two buildings. The main building is a
two-story house. On the ground floor are a living room, a kitchen, 3
double bedrooms, and 1 twin bedroom. There are also 2 family bathrooms
with showers. The living room leads to an open mezzanine, with 2 single
beds. The other building has a living/dining room with a kitchenette
and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and direct access
to the outside, and 1 family bathroom with shower. The house is
surrounded by large green areas with relaxation areas: large canopy for
outdoor dining. Barbecue area with wood-fire oven, BBQ. Large and
beautiful pool with total privacy.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Additional Information

If Gas for heating is needed between April 15th to November 1st, have
to be paid on the spot based on consumption. The municipality of Arezzo
has implemented a tourist tax. The tax amount is set at 1.5 € per day
per person. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.
This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
