overall, it was lovley wish had more privacy

good location, nice pool. green space was lovely.

no proper living room space, the tv isnt adjusted to the couch. tooo many bugs and no repellants available. men were working most of the time privacy was limited, alot of people entered around the garden without our knowledge. some things for activities coudlve been added.

Great place to stay

Very lovely place with beautiful house to host our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen had everything you need to make dinner. There is also a wooden barbecue in the garden which worked perfectly. Nice swimming pool with good sun beds.

amazing property very convenient (by car) to downtown Arezzo. The apartment was very spacious, extremely clean. We loved the big French doors in the bedroom leading to the very large and carefully maintained lawn. The kids loved the pool. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The area is also extremely quiet. Lia was extremely helpful: she sent us a very helpful video to guide us to the property and gave us a ton of great recommendations for restaurants that really helped us. We really hope to be able to come back one day.

Bellissima

The view from the top floor room was great overlooking the courtyard. The outside lounge patio was cozy for morning coffee. The location was really close and easy to get to downtown Arezzo. The "property manager" had good ideas on where to eat in Arezzo and what to see and do in the area!

Didn't stay long enough to use any of the amenities, mainly the pool. It took a minute to find the light switch for the top floor room.

Schöne Zeit in arezzo

Schönes Haus mit wirklich tollem Pool! Klimaanlage spitze bei heißem Wetter! Toller gepflegter Garten!

Man muss berücksichtigen, dass es leider keine Waschmaschine gibt, was in einem Ferienhaus schon praktisch ist. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag!

UN PIACEVOLE SOGGIORNO

Tipica casa di campagna immersa nel verde. Giardino immenso e curatissimo, anche la nostra cagnolina lo ha apprezzato molto E' stato piacevole svegliarsi con il cinguettio degli uccellini Lia gentilissima e disponibile. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire delle piscina perchè ovviamente non siamo in estate.

Il bagno situato a piano terra ha difficoltà con l'acqua calda soprattutto con la doccia che deve scorrere molto perchè raggiunga la temperatura

Alles war wirklich toll! Der Garten und der Pool sowie die gesamte Anlange war top gepflegt. Es war insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Lia war immer bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Nochmal danke dafür!

Merveilleuses vacances en famille à Arezzo.

L’environnement autour de la maison est très bien (vue dégagée sans vis à vis) et au calme. La piscine, les espaces verts sont vraiment superbes et très bien entretenus. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée (la clim est vraiment un plus lors des grosses chaleurs). Toute la famille a adoré passer les vacances dans cette maison en toscane, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Perfetto!!

Wij verbleven 13 dagen in villa ‘Tabaccaia’ en hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. De villa ligt op een rustige locatie, aan de rand van een industrieterrein, maar op slechts 7 minuten rijden van het charmante Italiaans stadje Arezzo. Zodra je de poort doorgaat, bevind je je in een oase van Toscaans genieten. Het zwembad, dat wordt gedeeld met de naastgelegen villa, is prachtig en biedt meer dan genoeg zit- en ligplekken. De gezellige patio werd voor ons al snel dé plek om vele uren te ontspannen. Alles wordt omringd door een grote, goed onderhouden en schitterende tuin. De inrichting van de villa is eenvoudig – precies zoals op de foto’s te zien – maar compleet en voorzien van alles wat wij nodig hadden. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is werkelijk uitstekend. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk, attent en altijd bereid om te helpen. De ligging is bovendien ideaal voor het ontdekken van Toscane: Florence, Siena, Cortona en tal van andere Toscaanse juwelen zijn eenvoudig te bereiken. Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw naartoe gaan.

Geen minpunten (je hoort af en toe een trein langskomen en het zo nu en dan het gakken van de ganzen op de nabijgelegen ganzen maar dit was zeker niet overheersend…laat staan storend).

Varm velkomst , behjelpelig og veldig hyggelig personalet. Smilende vaktmester hver morgen som passet på bassenget. Fantastisk området og vakre omgivelser. Sitter igjen med minner for livet. Stort eiendom. Vi hadde gleden av bo i Casa Grande, 14 dager.

La parte esterna della casa é meravigliosa e ben curata. Anche all'interno gli spazi sono utilizzati nel modo migliore, sono presenti due bagni e qualsiasi cosa sia necessaria (anche i giochi da tavola😍). Lia risponde subito a qualsiasi richiesta.
