Exceptional

The location is very nice! Just a short drive to the center of Arezzo. The appartment is nice and clean! The garden is perfect with the swimming pool. The host is very helpful and breakfast was great!

Lovely B&B, great pool & gardens, super breakfast, great staff!

We had a lovely vacation the first two weeks of August. Personnel was very friendly, breakfast was great with super coffee. We very much enjoyed the nice gardens and the pool. The location was great, in the middle of Tuscany. Arezzo city center is very close by; but other great areas and towns such as Val d'Orcia, Montepulciano, Chianty region... are close by. We appreciated the recommendations for winery visits and old towns by the B&B owner and staff. It made sure we visited great sightings and had a super Tuscany experience.

Beautiful country house

The property has absolutely beautiful gardens, and is kept extremely well. The staff I wonderful, and there is a small breakfast buffet in the morning. The rooms are clean and have everything you need (starting from tea/coffee/slat to slippers , bathrobes, and shower gel). There is parking within the gates, which was important for us since we have a new car. We also had a dog, and they were ok with him.

We chose the place because of a horse show which is 10 minute drive away from the building, so if you are looking for something central it’s not the place. The bed in the room was not comfortable and the bed was extremely loud when one turned at night. Furthermore the walls are very thin, so you can hear pretty much anything that goes on in the adjacent apartments.

Séjour très agréable, idéal en famille.

Très belle propriété avec joli jardin. L'entretien et la propreté des lieux sont irréprochables. Le personnel est très serviable et dévoué. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Petite suggestion: Ajout de noix, amandes... et du sans gluten. La piscine est très agréable.

Le proximité avec le route et le passage à niveau peuvent sembler nuisibles à la tranquillité mais finalement cela ne m'a pas gênée. Cela permet d'avoir des commerces pas très loin. De la chambre on n'entendait pas la route ou le passage à niveau.

Erg aardig personeel, mooie en ruime appartementen (in ons geval Narcis), zeer schoon complex met dagelijks een snelle service in het appartement

Niets viel echt tegen, klein verbeterpunt: de douche heeft wat lelijke vlekken. Verder ligt het complex aan een redelijk drukke weg met slecht asfalt, waardoor er wat geluidsoverlast kan worden ervaren. Maar is in onze ervaring geen echt probleem. Van het nabijgelegn vliegveld merk je heel weinig.

La cura dei particolari il vialetto d’accesso super curato, i servizi offerti tra cui il ripristino camere giornaliero, la piscina bellissima con i lettini a disposizione gratuitamente, il grande giardino attrezzato per il fitness, la corsa e un parco giochi per i più piccoli, la possibilità di utilizzare le loro biciclette.

Direi che non ci sono note negative anzi tutto molto bello. L’unico neo le zanzare (chiaramente è una condizione del tutto indipendente dalla volontà del gestore della struttura)

Super!

Wat een fantastische plek! Midden in Toscane, vlak bij het mooie stadje Arezzo. Mooi en authentiek landhuis waarin een aantal appartementen zijn gevestigd. De eigenaar heeft ook een tuincentrum/kwekerij en dat kan je zien! De tuin rondom het huis en zwembad zijn perfect onderhouden. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het ontbijt is meer dan goed, compleet met alles wat je van een ontbijt mag verwachten. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en spreken ook goed Engels. Super om vragen te stellen over de omgeving en de stad Arezzo. Fietsen zijn gratis te leen om het stadje in te gaan… let wel even op met het fietspad, dit is niet conform wat we ‘gewend’ zijn in nl, maar ach… het is te doen en beter dan met de auto. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug!

Colazione perfetta e varia ..pulizia stanza ottima..il proprietario e lo staff si fanno in 4 per soddisfare il cliente.. la struttura è ben tenuta. Noi abbiamo già deciso di tornare anche il prossimo anno . 5 minuti dal centro fiere e congressi

Nulla trovo tutto perfetto. Al massimo aggiungerei alla colazione una brocca con del latte freddo dove ognuno può servirsi per mangiare i cereali..e posizionerei delle zanzariere alle porte di ingeesso delle stanze o finestre...per il resto tutto ineccepibile

Posizione ottima. Colazione ricca ma vincolata dall'orario cioè dalle 8 in poi ma lo staff è stato gentilissimo ad aprire per noi alle ore 7.30 perché avevamo l'impegno di un evento

sehr schön gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem kleinen Park,der sehr schön angelegt ist.der Pool ist so gross das man gut schwimmen kann.Eingerahmt ist er mit Superrutschfesten Platten die auch auf den breiten bequemen Treppen in den Pool verlegt sind.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

wir hatten das Zimmer Lilla das ist behindertengerecht hat leider nur eine Bank vor dem Zimmer. Andere Zimmer haben einen Freisitz. Es gibt einen Grillplatz mit Sitzgelegenheit die man nutzen kann wenn niemand grillt.

Tutto ottimo. Il personale è gentile e ospitale, la struttura è tranquilla e ben isolata dal resto del mondo. Purtroppo era ancora presto per godere della piscina, nonostante qualche giorno di caldo anormale, rientrato nella norma (frescolino) l'ultimo giorno. Colazione in spregio di qualsiasi dieta. Non vicinissimo ad Arezzo (10km al centro), ma adatta come base per esplorare il Chianti, la val di Chiana, la val d'Orcia

le personnel est super accueillant et aimable

l’emplacement est une horreur, l’établissement se situe à côté d’une zone industrielle, au bord d’une grand route et derrière des rails de train. le bruit des trains et voitures est permanent et la région n’a rien d’idyllique. nous avons subi une odeur d’égouts toute une journée dans l’hôtel. l’endroit pour prendre le petit déjeuner est sombre, le petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié. pour le même prix nous avons eu séjourné dans des hôtels vraiment luxueux
