Good value for money

The place is cozy, well decorated and functional. The check-in is tricky but it allows easy access to building and room without needing keys (I would suggesting sharing the user and paw of the WiFi in case some guests have no local mobile service). Location good and well served.

The windows have single glass and entry door is just an indoor one, so very poor sound proofing from the noisy way outdoor or the noisy rest of the building. Parking is either far or expensive, but that is true in all the city, so keep it in mind

For four travelers, there was not comfortable seating for hanging out. There was no kitchen sink so you need to wash coffee cups in the bathroom.

Definitely recommend

The apartment is very spacious and situated in the city centre just a ten minute walk to the historical part. We would definitely love to stay longer than just one night. Arezzo was our stop on our way back home from Rome. It was nice to enjoy this calm and clean medieval city after all that hussle and bustle we experienced in Rome. Though there was some noise from the street at night it did not last long. We were a bit worried about the sophisticated method of opening the apartment, however, it turned out to be OK. The apartment looks definitely as in the photographs. Banksy's works of art are perfect. The owner was very helpful and responded instantly when we had a small issue to solve.

Even though the bedrooms are really spaceous, the bathroom is rather small. However, it is not a big problem.

Perfect location. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and the address was easy to find. It was also convenient location as it was rarely more than a 10 minute walk to where we were going. Spacious, clean 2 bedroom that was great for relaxing when we wanted to take a break from the crowds and the heat. Bonus points for having good air conditioning.

Sometimes the street outside could get loud late at night, but no fault of the property or host, and it was never for very long.

Eccezionale, appartamento bellissimo, super centrale

Appartamento bellissimo, pulito, arredato con gusto e con tutti gli accessori che non fanno rimpiangere la propria casa. La posizione super centrale consente di godersi Arezzo senza nessun bisogno dell’auto. Cosa volere di più? Sarà la mia prima scelta ogni volta che verrò ad Arezzo.

Excellent emplacement

L’emplacement excellent en plein centre ville. L’appartement est très spacieux et les chambres sont grandes. La personne qui gère est très serviable et réactive.

Très mauvaise insonorisation, on entend absolument tout ce qui se qui se passe dans l’immeuble et dans la rue. Mais nous le savions en ayant lu les précédents commentaires, cela ne pose pas trop de problème quand on dort peu et pour une seule nuit (notre cas). Pas de cuisine équipée (juste un réfrigérateur, machine à café et micro onde) dommage car pour un appartement de cette taille, ça aurait été un plus. L’appartement est ancien et haut de plafond donc peut être un peu moins cosy qu’un appart plus petit et rénové.

Casa molto bella e spaziosa, posizione strategica, parcheggio comodissimo a 5 minuti a piedi, host disponibile e reattivo. Se volete visitare Arezzo questo appartamento è una scelta azzeccata. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio.

Nulla da segnalare, tutto perfetto. Piccolo suggerimento all’host: forse ci sono e non le ho viste io…ho bevuto il caffè (ottime cialde!) nei bicchierini di plastica, secondo me se metti a disposizione due tazzine classiche é meglio…

Struttura con posizione ottima sul corso principale.

Era presente tutto l’occorrente.

La struttura è posizionata sul corso principale, quindi si sentivano schiamazzi, essendo sabato sera, e altrettanti rumori provenienti dall’esterno. Altra pecca, l’obbligo di buttare la spazzatura la mattina anche perché, immagino, chi è in vacanza o alloggia lì per lavoro o anche per dare un esame è l’ultima cosa a cui pensa. Fortunatamente ce ne siamo ricordati.

Posto ottimo, davvero ottimo. L'unica pecca la rumorosità. Le due camere da letto ampie, spaziose e confortevoli, affacciano sul corso principale sul traffico e il passeggio notturno. Basterebbero degli infissi insonorizzanti che sarebbero tutto davvero perfetto.

Le manque d’insonorisation par rapport à l’extérieur, entre les gens qui hurlent jusqu’à 2h du matin, le bruit de la pluie par la suite et les balayeuses à 7h, nuit pourrie !

Molto piacevole e nel caso tornassi mi ricorderei di questa struttura

Ottima posizione, appartamento confortevole e rapporto qualità prezzo (sconto genius) veramente eccezionale. Un pochettino macchinoso l'accesso con riconoscimento fotografico ma d'altra parte io e i miei amici siamo ancora rimasti al tempo delle chiavi.
