Platinum Apartment

Our host Anna made this stay a very nice one. She was there to greet us at the property and show us around. She made some excellent recommendations for local services and restaurants, nothing was too much trouble for her. The private parking was easy to find. The property was lovely and clean on arrival and we had a very comfortable stay. The balcony was very nice for an evening meal once in the shade. Location is very good and in a quiet part of the city. There is a local bakery for breakfast/coffee less than 5 minutes walk away, and a well stocked supermarket just a little further. Within 10 minutes walk, you are in the centre of Arezzo.

Abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno in questa struttura. L'appartamento è completamente nuovo e tenuto benissimo. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e pieni di luce naturale. Un grande punto di forza sono i terrazzi, che rendono la casa piacevolmente ventilata e arieggiata. Nota di merito anche per l'host, che si è dimostrato gentilissimo!

This is a brand new two bedroom apartment. it’s unique that it also has two full baths. There is great air flow from lots of doors and windows, a ceiling fan (rare in Italy) and brand new AC units. The location is quiet, but still a short walk to the area inside the wall.
