Perfect and relaxing!

Peaceful Estate Home in the hills above Arezzo

A great peaceful location amidst olive grove estates but only a short distance to historic center of Arezzo. The villa had everything we required from comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen to an open air lounge vying room and fantastic terrace to view the vast surrounding area.

While not a fault of the property the barking dogs in the area could be distracting but not a big enough problem to become an annoyance.

A nice peoperty a little far from old town for our liking.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lots of information about where to eat and deick. A little out of the old city. It is a car only option.

We stayed in early April with our small child and dog, and had a wonderful, relaxing time.

A truly beautiful place full of charm and character. The kitchen is impressively well equipped (yes, even sharp knives!), and the house turned out to offer more than expected – including a laundry room. It can be a bit chilly off-season due to the age of the building, but there’s a fireplace with plenty of firewood, which made it cozy and warm. Lucia is a fantastic host – helpful, kind, and always available. Her homemade olive oil and honey are a real treat!

Traditional villa, ideal for relaxation

Very spacious rooms, great decoration and a wonderful terrace which offered a nice way to spend the evenings amidst the heatwave. It is located on a hill overlooking the area. Near the stadium and close to the city centre if you have a car - less than 10' drive. So it combines both proximity and a more isolated location.

Nothing to mention here. Only thing is that you need a car as the hill is quite steep

Everything! Great getaway. Beautifully renovated house. Interiors details with a nice touch and sense of historical and traditional approach. Comfortable to spend your workation and vacation. Close to Arezzo.

Beautifull apartment in authentic Tuscan villa , in tranquile surrouding. Designed with stylish & antique furniture that give the feeling you are in Tuscany . Apartment has all the amenities needed for holiday stay and particular care for charming details made our stay much luxurious; travel guides, books on local history and all surrounding art , poems & literature served as great inspiration for exploration trips & set the feeling of relaxation . Thanks to perfect care of extremely welcoming Host , always available & helping , our stay was in relaxing & unforgettable atmosphere. We will come back for sure !!

superb apartment with a panoramic view

The host is really nice and he welcomes us with a very warm atmosphere. The entire house is super beautiful and well-decorated with an amazing panoramic view of the city (esp. during sunset). The room is clean and everything is perfectly prepared for us.

the smaller bedroom can not connect to the Wifi. There is only one bathroom to share.

Alojamiento amplio y con buenas vistas pero no repetiría.

Es un alojamiento amplio y bien equipado. Las vistas son muy bonitas y te permite cenar en la terraza.

Estuvimos 6 noches y las dos primeras noches y la ultima no pudimos descansar bien, porque la señora que cuidaba el alojamiento, en el piso superior, hacia ruido hasta las 00:30h - 01.00h de la madrugada, y no nos dormíamos. Hay una puerta en el comedor que comunica el alojamiento con la vivienda superior y estaba abierta, lo que cual no daba mucha privacidad y posteriormente la cerraron. Creo que si los dueños hubieran estado, el descanso habría sido diferente. Las mosquiteras requieren mantenimiento, porque aunque hay en todas las ventanas, algunas están rotas y al ser una casa de campo, te encuentras bichos grandes dentro a diario.

UNICA PECCA L'ASSENZA DI CONDIZIONATORI MA DI VENTILATORI. FORTUNATAMENTE, PERO', NON SAREBBERO SERVITI PERCHE' ESSENDO NELLE COLLINE ARETINE, LA TEMPERATURA ERA FRESCA.
