The apartment location was close to everything in the town, and was super clean and well maintained and furnished. Riccardo was extremely welcoming and offered a wealth of information regarding restaurants and things to do and see!!

There wasn’t anything wrong

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that House of Art is something truly special. Riccardo, our host, welcomed us personally at the entrance and made us feel at home right away. His thoughtful touch — greeting us with fresh little pastries and taking the time to show us around the apartment — was just the beginning of what became an unforgettable stay. The apartment itself exceeded every expectation. Spacious, spotless, and elegantly furnished, every detail was carefully considered, from the décor to the amenities. Riccardo has a rare gift for anticipating what guests might need, even before they know it themselves. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — directly across from the train station and a rental car agency, making travel logistics a breeze. It's ideal if you're not in the mood to haul luggage uphill into the historic center. Despite being so central, the apartment was incredibly peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet allowed for real rest. One of my favorite features was the large patio, a rare find in apartments like this. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or simply bask in the sun. Riccardo also offered some of the best recommendations for restaurants and local wineries—places that felt less like tourist stops and more like well-kept secrets. It’s clear he knows and loves Arezzo deeply, and sharing that with guests is just part of his nature. There’s something meaningful about a stay that stays with you, long after you’ve gone. I left House of Art with more than just memories of a beautiful apartment. I left with a sense of warmth and connection that is difficult to describe, but impossible to forget. I hope to return to Arezzo very soon, and when I do, there is no question where I’ll be staying. Grazie di cuore, Riccardo.

We originally planned to stay in Arezzo for much longer and I wish we had. The accommodations in the other places we visited didn't compare.

Moderna e pulita.

Nulla.

Alloggio molto confortevole, ampio, pulito, arredato con cura e stile moderno. In poche parole, ci si ritrova in un ambiente familiare, quasi come a casa propria. Anche il proprietario si è mostrato molto premuroso, accogliendoci di persona all'arrivo e fornendoci utili indicazioni logistiche (parcheggi, pizzerie, etc). In particolare, si è attivato anche per venire incontro a nostre esigenze legate alla presenza di una bimba di due anni. Ciò, insieme alla bellezza di Arezzo e all'atmosfera natalizia, ha costituito per noi un'espeienza memorabile.

Quasi nulla. Solo un occasionale problema di interruzione elettrica, facilmente risolto.

Nagyszerű helyen, könnyen tudtunk parkolni közeli parkolókban, pályaudvar az utca túloldalán, főtér is közel gyerekkel is. Tisztaság volt, kényelmes ágy. Riccardo nagyon kedves, tájékoztatott mindenről.

Szállás átvételekor sajnos kicsi csúszás volt,amit Riccardo jelzett is,ez apró kényelmetlenség volt. Hangszigetelés a szomszédok felé nem túl jó, de azért tudtunk aludni.
