We were very happy with our stay here.

Great location. The apartment had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Very clean. Very responsive host. True that you hear people in the street below but it did not bother us.

The single beds are not that comfortable for adults. Probably better suited for children, but ok for a short stay.

Excellent location and wonderful host!

Maurizio gave us great service - even collecting us from the train station. Excellent location!!! …but that also means noisy at night. The apartment fits the theme of old world Arezzo.

Wonderful hill town worth visiting. Apartment is large, comfortable and in central location.

Host was very enthusiastic about Arezzo sharing its history and recommending both points of interest and restaurants. Arezzo is also close to several other lovely hill towns. This is a very nice, centrally located apartment with large bedrooms, a great kitchen/dining area and is well equipped. Good communication with host who met us at the car park and drove us to the apartment initially.

Apartment is dark even during the day. Also, it's located close to a popular restaurant (which also has good food!!) so, with open windows, can be noisy in the evening.

We hat a really nice and relaxing stay in Arezzo and went on to see the surroundings.

He explained us what sightseeing attractions there are in Arezzo, where to eat really good and suggested attractions around the city and the region. Toscana is beautiful to travel around by car. Great, overall

A nice, very big apartment in a central location. Fully equipped kitchen, with everything you might need. Very nice and accommodating owner, who also gave us a little intro to Arezzo and some valuable recommendations for the city.

The isolation in the apartment wasn't the best, causing it to be colder than other places we had, and having a lot of noise from outside... Every car, every morning jogger or late-night clubber going home - you hear everything in the main bedroom. But, there is inner bedroom with twin beds, where it is much quiter.

Appartments located in the city center in the old autentit building, but with all the necessary facilities for comfort living. The area is very quite despite the closeness to the tourist attractions. The best choice for staying we ever have in Italy. Welcome to happy stay there.

Our host made us feel very welcome and was knowledgeable and passionate about his city. Arezzo was a great place to have a look around. Aparment is large and well equipped and in a superb location. Free parking is nearby and host will come and pick you up. It was easy. We would return.

Perfect to visit the historic centre of Arezzo

Maurizio is an excellent host, proud of his city and very knowledgeable on its history. He will provide you with lots of information on what to see and is helpful in every way. The apartment is the best equipped I have ever stayed, in generously supplied with oil, vinegar coffee tea, detergent for the washing machine etc. It was more like staying in someone's home than in a rented apartment. It has been nicely modernised to provide a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the main places of interest.

You can hear everything from the small street below even with the windows closed. It was generally quiet late in the evening, except for noisy people who congregated below on Saturday night. They moved on when I shouted down! At least there were no revved up motorbikes which can be a real pain in Italy!

Posizione eccellente a due passi da piazza grande. Struttura ampia, accogliente e ben attrezzata. Host super accogliente, molto dettagliato in tutte le spiegazioni e i consigli per una visita ottimale già prima dell'arrivo.

Peccato per la camera matrimoniale direttamente su una strada molto affollata fino a tarda notte. Il male minore dello stare in pieno centro.
