Great location, lovely host and comfortable room

Continental breakfast was very good with choice of cheese, cold meats, cereals, fruit salad and yogurt. Owner was very helpful with info regarding Romsey and provided us with water for our journey home on a very hot day and also provided us with a second fan for the bedroom.
Our room was quite small; this was probably more noticeable because of the extreme heat although it contained everything needed as did the bathroom.

The host was friendly, helpful and could not have done more to make us welcome. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room well laid out. Ideal location for what we needed, near station and town centre. Good breakfast. We felt the price was very good value.
