The communication with the Landlord. Every questions answered in short period of time , super handy. Clean and tidy rooms, goid location. Satisfaction guaranteed.

The location was difficult to find as it was not numbered or named but Jack was most helpful at all times.
More written information ref TV, web site password, digital & shower info in the accommodation.
Kettle + teabags etc in room to avoid having to go to kitchen. (We didn`t use the kitchen at all as my husband is disabled and avoided using the stairs.)
Would have preferred a Queen size bed and to be able to switch off bedside lights rather than to go the switch at the door.

The location was very good and owner was very nice and kind and appreciated. The room and facilities was excellent. Would stay again happily.
