Lovely property set in the perfect location for exploring the area, while at the same time giving am

Wonderful breakfast, orange juice, cereal, cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurt Lots of choice. The property is set in glorious countryside, just heard a green woodpecker! The owners are very friendly and helpful We've booked again for next year!

Very comfortable but watch your head

A very comfortable bed - so peaceful we both slept really well. Plenty of beautifully prepared breakfast with choice of hot and cold.

The only ensuite room has sloping ceilings. Not good when you're over 6 feet tall No decaf coffee.

Good value, spacious and clean, in a good location.

The location was good, nice and quiet but convenient for getting to Southampton for a cruise. Our room was dual aspect and spacious and clean. the hosts recommended a local pub for dinner which was good. Breakfast was good.

Our bathroom was along the hallway but was for our personal use. I found the bed a little uncomfortable, but may have been personal taste.

Helen was a lovely host, very welcoming and helpful. The property is set in beautiful surroundings, easy to find with plenty of parking. Our room was clean and very comfortable and had everything we required. Breakfast was freshly cooked, plentiful and delicious.

Fantastic stay, we will definitely return

Me and my 2 children stayed for 3 nights while visiting Paultons park and the new forest, the location is lovely only 14 minutes from Paultons park and about 20 from the new forest, our room was very clean and Helen made the kids very happy with the hot chocolates and biscuits left in the room! Breakfast was 10/10 was a lovely selection and tasted amazing, nothing was too much to ask and we couldn’t feel more at home. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic location, very comfortable stay, brilliant hosts, wonderful family B&B.

On arrival greeted with Chris at the B&B, who informed us they changed us rooms so it was of easier access to the bathroom for our little one. Bottled water and biscuits on arrival. Lovely laid out room, everything we needed spacious and the cot was provided. Chris and Helen kindly provided us some milk for our daughter for bedtime and this was avaliable for bedtime. Peaceful environment, use of the front garden to sit and have a relax in the evening. Lovely family dog and lovely couple. Very hospitable. It was a quiet environment, anything you asked about they were so helpful and kind. The family dog was very cute! Perfect family place, breakfast was amazing, you gave an time you wanted to have it, there was a highchair ready and cutlery for her. Fresh fruit, butter, toast orange juice and a selection of cereal to have. The full English breakfast was realy tasty, especially the bacon. Beds were very comfortable, we were given a lovely room in the attic, with a balcony and found it very relaxing at the end of the day. We came here because it was in the countryside and on the doorstep for Peppa pig World. We also visited New Forest Wildlife park and Longdown activity farm which were all highly recommended places.

Exceptional couldn't fault

Everything! The hosts were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was superb plenty of choice and variety and set us up for the day. We were upgraded to the ensuite room even though we booked a double which was perfect for us as a family. Beds lovely and comfy, my 2 year old was given a camp bed which was set up next to ours which was perfect. It was beautifully clean throughout and it was so nice going somewhere where they had bottles of water, hot chocolate sachets and biscuits in the room - such a lovely touch. Location was perfect for where we needed to be for Pepper Pig world at Paulton's Park and Lockdown farm. I would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay here again!!

There was nothing we didn't like but we stayed during a UK heatwave and the room was very hot, we noticed a heater in the cupboard, so perhaps a fan or 2 in the rooms would be good just in case. But we also didn't feel we needed to ask for this as we all slept fine.

A lovely place to stay, only a shame it was for one night.

The location was in easy reach of a main road. We had a full English and it set us up for our journey home. Also nice fresh fruit and yogurt available.

Lovely stay, we had a wonderful time here!

It is a lovely house in a very nice location, the room was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it. Helen and Chris were both very friendly and kind, we felt very comfortable having our kid there too, they were very welcoming.

The bathroom was a little bit cold in the morning, but the rest of the house was very nice and warm. The only thing that made me a little uncomfortable is that someone came to the room while we were out to tidy up a bit (which is a nice gesture of course!), but a heads up would have been good.

Great stay, highly recommend!

Everything was fantastic, with a nice breakfast, clean facilities, and a spacious and very clean room with water tea etc. provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Only downside were the bugs, as it was so hot during a bit of a heatwave we had to keep the windows open. Got a few horrendous bites overnight.
