The apartment is basically clean, quite a lot of space

1: the staff were the most horrible people I’ve met. They do not listen and say no to everything as if it is fun. I booked for four nights and extended, I made a mistake in booking and immediately contacted customer service, they refused to correct the date and sent me unfriendly messages. Saying that I booked 6 nights but one night was a wrong date I have to book again. They took two hours, sent me 20 messages to ask me to pay twice for one night. Then threatened me if I don’t pay again for that one I’m invading their property. The staff also joked about : so call the police, see what you can do. 2: they stressed that they are not a hotel. There’s no communication between the offline customer service and on site staff, they would knock your door even if it’s not check out day. - there’s no room service -no luggage storage -all the listed facilities like pool are shared. You can’t actually use it. -there’s on site staff for some reasons are extremely unhappy. They would even greet you back. 3: I got attacked by the customer service just because I asked for a change of date a few minutes after. They also said I need to talk to the booking app then they will cancel. I waited for the app’s response and they called the hotel. All this took a few hours, then they said no. after they asked me to let the agent contact them directly. 4: everyone knows this can be done easily but they are there to scam your money and destroy your mood.

The Location

The location is great, and the apartment is nice, comfortable and well equiped.

There was no air flow in the apartment. Windows can’t be opened. Makes sense being located in a 27th floor, but it makes the temperature inside to be condensed and it felt a little hotter than the actual weather outside. The AC is a portable one and it cannot be moved. I had to turn on both fans and place them facing the bed to get some air flow. Other than tnat I can’t compain.

Location

The toilet bowl had feces spots, the rug was dirty, the room extremely hot. We requested a fan 3 times! it was never delivered. Totally disappointed. Your people are nice, but they are not customer service oriented. They could not care less about your guests

Casa Magenta has a great location, although a little noisy due to the proximity to la Zona Rosa, the accessibility to restaurants, shops and transportation is fantastic. Bring your sound machine, if you are a lite sleeper. The two bedroom / two bathroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable for three people. The bathroom needs some attention especially the fixtures . If you rent 1407 be very careful with the hot water, it comes out really hot once the hot water has been in used and is running through pipes. The shower and sink fixtures are very stiff and hard to adjust making it difficult to move to the warm water, since the(one) knob/ fixture moves/ opens from hot to cold. Hopefully, the management company will repair as I did send them a message about this situation. The apartment is well equipped and small Oxxo is a block away for any small food needs. Management does answer messages and concerns quickly, especially using the WhatsApp number. Unit has a portable ac unit for the living area and big bedroom unit. Smaller bedroom / no ac but there is a stand up fan . Temperature in this unit sufficed during our stay. W/d is a great plus, :) The security downstairs is awesome , very cordial and attentive. Elevators are quick and all three were functional during our 5 night stay. Great central location ! Happy travels!

Great modern big rooms and with great staff. The beds were very comfortable, the closet, the kitchen and the bathroom were just amazing

There is only one AC in the apartment, it should have 2 ACs The garden besides the apartment needs renovation

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view in Zona Rosa. Excellent location as well as cleanliness. The staff downstairs are very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

PROS: Clean, modern decor. Great amenities /appliances. Great view. Location, location, location!

CONS: No central AC. But plenty of fans throughout apartment. I would avoid staying here during hotter months.

Locations, facilities and cleaning were very good. Big size of the appartment

Very very noisy at night I had an incident one night with a neighbour next door. There was a party all night until 5am, with loud music and people coming to next door for party We had no sleep at all. Security did nothing. It was horrible. I was there for work and I did not feel fit for my meetings for the sleepless night.

There is a very noisy zone, high volume and party noise on the street. One bathroom had hit water issues.

The apartment locates in the pleasant area, close to the main touristic places. It’s fully furnished and the stay was like at home. I really like the personal comfort being out of crowd hotels. Apartment has everything to cook, or even to laundry. The view from the 23rd floor of the night city made my evenings so pleasant.

It’s a little bit nozy during few evening hours, but taking into account the location, it’s acceptable.

Nice location

I usually don't write reviews, but I am deeply disappointed by the service of this appartment. It started with the selection of the room. All rooms on booking are called "one bedroom" apartment. So i selected the picture I liked. When I arrived at the location, I entered a dirty room (not cleaned!). Furthermore, the room was much smaller, and not the same one as I selected. The customer service is not reachable by phone, only by chat. After 1 hour, i was able to get a clean room, but the room I selected was not available!? I requested a partial refund, which has been agreed but still not paid to date! (More than a month ago)

The property was very comfortable and location is perfect for our trip plans. The apartment is spacious and view is very nice, we would not hesitant to book this apartment on a future trip. Keep in mind that you will hear street noise but certainly expected due to the central location of building. Happy to see that elevators were quick and all three working. Security guards are friendly and attentive and their presence as you enter building gives one lots of peace of mind. A plus that property has a washing machine and supplies provided, awesome! Kukun staff quickly answer all questions through messaging system, very prompt and courteous. Overall, this property was great!

The apartments are noisy. The window glas is no very thick and sound travels up 29 stories, so it is never really quiet. It is especially bad in apartments that have proper AC with an outside connection. But at least they have AC. Some don't, just those air purifier combo thingies. Either of the above cool the whole apartment properly, so it can get warm! The apartments need more care in certain parts. Clogged up shower heads, dangerous edges between floor types and dirty mixers are maybe not that much in the big picture, but they add up. No pool access! (read below) To the hosts: This is where it gets tricky. They are not on site, but I guess that is kinda normal. Security downstairs knows nothing about anything! First they tell you, that they go for five star ratings, it is really like the first automatic email after you have checked in. Then...they go dark. They do not talk to you at all outside of the scope of the bare minimum to let you in the apartment. Simple questions about the apartment or how to access the pool (pin required) were unanswered for the whole stay. Then one day the power went out. For the whole floor!!! They had more than one apartment there. Instead of being upfront with their customers about it (they knew that it happened), I had to go to them.Wrote three messages and got ignored. Not one was answered. Late in the evening, suspiciously close to the latest check-in time, I was finally offered another apartment in the same building. I was already in contact with Booking at that point. They told me which one, but forgot to add the code for the door. I had to ask them for it. I asked again about the pool and got ignored. They are basically scamming you out of the pool access and do not care properly for their customers. The question for a partial refund was..you guessed it...unanswered. Be VERY careful with these hosts. They are not responsive, they ignore you when they want to and do the absolute bare minimum to get your money.

The Apartment was on the 27th floor, very good view, lot of space.

The apartment is part of the office complex, it was bit confusing for me to find the entrance. the layout of the room is little odd, but good place to stay. somehow there is some smell at the kitchen!

close to great restaurants and central to many attractions.

Above a nightclub that blasts music until 4am every night. Providing earplugs is a joke, bass shakes the whole building. No control over air, pot smoking begins promptly at 7pm every night and the entire apartment was full of rag weed smell. I don’t know if it was from neighbors or the street. Not recommended for family or even a romantic stay. Maybe a group of guys on a partying trip might enjoy a stay here…
