Location was ok. It was very clean.
Mattress was awful hard and lumpy, zero water pressure in shower (it just slowly dripped), ac barely worked and room stayed hot, park view is a parking lot, food was way overpriced and apparently guests get 25% discount but nobody told us so we paid full price even though they asked for our room number each time. Very dated decor. Maid service was bad.

Room was large and the view of Chapultepec park was incredible. However, window cleaning on the outside would have helped to enjoy the view.
Located on a busy corner.

Its got a great central location - walkable to the Museum and Castle in Chapultepec Park or to grab that Hop On/Off bus down Reforma Ave. Its a short Uber to Condesa and Roma Norte, easy exit to the highways to the Pyramids.
I recommend the Clube Level for breakfasts and snacks throughout your stay.
Nothing - even with Clube they charged me for a Mini bar (same drinks, but they charged me!)

A larger than normal room comfortable bed, walk in shower. Superb mini bar. Most staff are bi lingual, very helpful for me. Rapid room service but take care, ensure you are very specific.
For the price, coffee or tea in the room should be free and clearly marked on the mini bar menu. Ordering an item on room service and two were delivered, same in the Restaurant, if you want one make sure to say one, of course they charge next time I will make a fuss.

Staff. Location. Comfortable beds. Good pillows and linens. Good size shower with plenty of hot water.
The decor is not that beautiful. Rather boring and feels a bit outdated. Room needs lighting in the entryway as you enter the room. Needed more hooks to hang towels. The club level was disappointing - I have had better food options at airport lounges. But staff were lovely.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day by efficient housekeepers, the gym on the 17th floor has a terrific view of the city. We arrived just prior to “Dia de los Muertos” so the lobby had been decorated with orange marigolds and skeletons.
we asked for a wake up call at 2am for Friday morning…the day we were checking out…as we had to get to the airport for a 5am flight. Unfortunately the front desk called us as 2am WEDNESDAY morning!

Breakfast was excellent!
I always stay at Fiesta Americana hotels when I travel to Mexico City (usually 2–3 times per year). Given my loyalty to the hotel, I was expecting to stay on the "Fiesta Rewards" floors. However, this time I was assigned a room on the first floor, which did not meet my expectations.

The location is good but it can be a bit noise. The service is excellent, specially at the restaurant.
The food is also very good. The breakfast has a good variety and you can order food a la carte at no extra cost. Although, they only have one restaurant, the menu is good for a few days' stay.
Although the location is good, it is at a busy corner and it can be a bit loud depending on your floor level and room direction. There is no pool (all other similar hotels have).

Very attractive lobby, restaurant and rooms. Excellent service all around, good food and cocktails.
Exceptional assistance provided after my husband got ill, including sending a doctor, getting us all needed medications and keeping the room extra-clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec. We were at the Fiesta Club level and thus had free access to the Grand Lounge, which included excellent breakfast in the morning and drinks and canapees in the evening, and a great view of the city. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. There is a lot of traffic around the hotel but the rooms are well soundproofed. The people were super friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well. Access to elevators secured by key card. Great location across from the Chapultepec Park and Castle, and in walking distance to Polanco. Their restaurant Azures has outstanding modern Mexican cuisine and excellent service and ambience. Our pre-payment through Booking was accepted without any problems, and there were no billing issues. The other guests were mainly business people and well behaved. We will come back.
I wish they would have a nice outdoor patio.

The bed and the location
The bathroom is outdated, the hot water needs ages to come out. The room cannot be darken completely during the night, there is a round window with a transparent curtain where the light passes through completely, during the night from the outside lights till the sun rise. The breakfast it's supposed to be a buffet but there you only find cold stuffs (bread, fruits, corn flakes and vegetables). All the hot dishes like eggs (prepared in any way), bacon, tortilla etc etc, you need to order it from the waitress and it takes a very long time both, ordering it and then getting the order at the table. And this happened very early in the morning when the breakfast room was almost empty. The juices are claimed to be natural but are just made of concentrated fruits with syrup, and among the 5 or 6 offered you need to guess what they are made of because there is not a single indication/writing about what is what. And this, in fact, applies to the entire "buffet".

The location
There was a noisy wedding, there was a water leak from the ceiling, the fire alarms rang at 5 am because of some outside prankster (according to the hotel). We think it was a robbery.

Great location. Really comfortable bed and nice bathroom, amenities and shower. Food was fairly good. Staff especially Edgar in concierge and Omar, front office, were exceptional. Good wifi and beautiful view from my room overlooking the park.
Some minor missteps and ‘lost in translation’ issues but nothing insurmountable and were quickly addressed. The gym is very tiny if you’re looking for a gym go off property. The outside looks dated and old but inside is a different experience so don’t judge the place by the outside!

Central location is safe and provides easy access to many local attractions. Staff is amazing and it includes breakfast. Go for a walk in the Chapultepec park across the street.

Room was very large and a nice view (I imagine even nicer on the higher floors). We received a free welcome drink as well which was nice.
My pyjamas went missing and the staff did not make the most urgent effort to solve the problem. They found it by the end of the night (the cleaning staff must have taken it by mistake) but there was no real apology. It could have been handled better!

Location, good-sized and very comfortable room, excellent view over Chapultepec, proximity to Reforma, Polanco and Roma Nte. The breakfast was also excellent. Compact hotel with good mix of guests (i.e. not just tourists). Very safe area. Fantastic value overall.
The hotel has no outdoor spaces or open-air bars. That said, you do not need to walk far to find one.

The room was very nice, had an amazing view of the park (6th floor) and clean.
The room service was very prompt as we had quite a few requests for them during our stay.
The food was quality and taste was mix.
for room service, we ordered a margherita pizza and it wasn’t good at all. The inclusive breakfast was descent, had lots of options and they were making fresh hot food on request.
