Fantastic place, definitely recommend!

We liked everything about it. The apartment was clean and spacious and quiet. Checking in and out was a breeze. Staff replied to emails promptly. The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone!

If I had to nitpick a small negative, it would be that the hot water in the shower was inconsistent. But that's really going out of my way to find anything negative at all.

Budget friendly and in a great place to stay

I loved where it was located. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff answered all our messages and questions right away. It was clean as well.

The building is a bit old so there are no elevators. There was also outside noise from other places/people.

Great location at a very reasonable price. Staff was helpful when we were missing a towel. Decent shared kitchen to cook and store food in fridge.

Our bathroom had some issues with moisture, so it had a weird smell.

The good things: location was great and the price was affordable.

The worst thing was: no AC and not even a fan for air movement. We where there in the beginning it May and it was just too hot. The next thing: one day we didn’t have any water to flush the toilet or wash our hands. Also: the drain from the shower was not working well so there was always a little lake in the bathroom.

Not worth the money!!

Great location.. near restaurants

We arrived.. the floors WERE SO dusty.. my wife had to sweep and mop the rooms twice. The shower was not working..hot water heater would stop working with in 5 seconds.. Taking a shower was chore. We paid good money for this room and they never moved us to a working room. I would not consider this room cost what We paid for.. We had to be there for a repair guy to come in and try to fix the rooms, it took them 3 days for them to have some one look at this shower. I would recommend another location for sure.. we stayed 7 days and it was NOT enjoyable.. STAY AWAY.

A good few day get away.

I loved the location and the quietness of the area. Also the host Gustavo was really helpful and nice.

You can smell the bad plumbing in the room. There were always these flying bugs in my room. Also my room didn’t have a fan or air conditioning.

The picture I’m sharing is my shadow in front of the door at 1:30AM.

I arrived to the property at 1:30AM. The PIN I was given did not work. I sent an email to both the Inn and Booking.com, I never got any response back. Still haven’t. I had no where to go, so I spent the night on the streets. The next day I found another place to stay. I expect a full refund.

Beautiful studio in the heart of Condesa

Great spot in best location, only 5 minutes walk to Parque España! The studio was brand new and super tranquil. Very friendly and helpful staff! My daughter and I had a great time here!

Estaba en un cuarto piso muy empinado, y no estaba muy explicitado En nuestros 4 dias, no tuvimos agua caliente, en pleno invierno, fue un gran inconveniente La kitchinette no tenia ni siquiera algun recipiente para calentar agua Se cayó una de las cortinas y no nos vinieron a arreglar

Appartamento senza una finestra . Evitare

La finestra non si poteva chiudere da dentro . Praticamente dalla strada si poteva accedere all appartamento ( che era al piano terra) . Viaggiavamo con 2 bambine piccole e siamo stati per giorno con la paura e nessuno di booking o dell' appartamento ha fatto nulla nonostante abbiamo chiamato appena arrivati

Estuvo tenaz, último piso en escaleras diminutas, dificil entrar maletas grandes. No hay nadie del staff que ayude. EL cuarto que me dieron era al lado de los baños de la terraza. No servía la ducha, las sabanas estaban sucias.

El agua de la regadera , jamás pude tener una ducha a gusto, el agua salía súper caliente y derepente fría. No contaba con limpieza ni material para uno hacerlo.

Decepcionada

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene muchos lugares turisticos cerca.

La ubicación de la habitación (17) está pasando los baños, los cuales no limpiaban y olía mal. Por otro lado, en la habitación no todos los enchufes funcionan incluyendo donde está conectado el refrigerador, así que éste se descongeló y dejó un charco de agua, el cual nunca limpiaron, aún cuando se reportó el incidente. La higiene del cuarto tampoco fue buena, me pude dar cuenta de esto, ya se que se me fue un anillo bajo la cama y, al tomarlo, vi que estaba sucio porque había una pinza de cabello (la cual no era mía) y polvo.

La habitación esta super bien, cómodas, limpia igual que el baño. Con una ubicación excelente y el aérea de cocina igual muy bien y limpia. Fue una estancia corta sin quejas por limpieza

Lo único malo es que regresamos de madrugada y alguien había cerrado la puerta principal. Eramos nosotros y unos extranjeros afuera a las 2am . Afortunadamente otro inquilino nos ayudo a abrir la puerta por dentro y poder entrar.

Buena opción si eres guerrero

La ubicación cercana a estación de metro, restaurantes y tiendas de autoservicio. Zona tranquila, no ruidosa por las noches.

La habitación tenía algunas fallas como: -La puerta del baño no cerraba fácilmente -La puerta principal de la habitación se le caía la chapa -El colchón no era de buena calidad y se percibía el movimiento de la otra persona. -La llave de la regadera del agua caliente estaba barrida y tuvimos que improvisar para poder bañarnos. -Llegamos y solo había una toalla de baño, la solicité en ese momento y la llevaron hasta los siguientes dos días. -El calentador de paso está dentro del baño, lo que es riesgoso por seguridad, el mismo lo dice en su etiqueta. -No hay elevador y no avisan en qué piso te toca hasta que llegas (a nosotros nos tocó el 3er piso) -No hay aislamiento en puertas y ventanas, así que escuchas todo lo que hacen los huéspedes vecinos. Aunque aquí también es consideración de los huéspedes no hacer tanto ruido. Nos tocó la primer noche uno que tenía música a todo volumen y además la acompañaba con su canto horroroso.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas limpias y seguras, la ubicación de la estancia fue perfecta para nuestras necesidades, teníamos cita en el consulado americano, esta relativamente cerca, el staff nos dio muy buena atención están al pendiente de sus huéspedes, lo recomiendo ampliamente el precio es bastante accesible dependiendo tus necesidades..

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal súper amable y atento. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Los cuartos que no tienen cocina pueden utilizar la cocina comunal, que es muy bonita y cómoda. Muchas gracias

MI PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN BOOKING.COM

Solo la ubicación .

El lugar tiene tanta humedad , que abres la puerta y comenzó mi calvario ya que soy alérgico . Me enferme x eso y tuve que dormir así . Sale muy poca agua en la regadera y de pronto hasta dejaba de salir , y salía fría . Trate de comunicarme por todos los medios y NADIE me respondió ni la app . Al menos para que me ayudarán con poder bañarme . El lugar está en un cuarto de servicio sin luz afuera en El 7 piso y NO hay elevador . Así subí 5 maletas además de que las escaleras están difíciles . Se sale el agua a la recámara y no hay como limpiar ósea artículos de limpieza . Y desde las 7 am están trabajando afuera albañiles que no dejan dormir lo poco que pude dormir . No solo deberían regresarme mi dinero Si no también perdí una disculpa .

Me gustó el hotel, lo recomiendo

La ubicación es muy buena. Los cuartos tienen buen tamaño y limpios. Tienen tele grande en cada cuarto con Netflix. Me gustó que los cuartos que no tienen cocina pueden utilizar la cocina comunal. También se puede utilizar la lavadora y secadora sin costo adicional, solamente hay que llevar su jabón. Se siente muy hogareño y todos son respetuosos.

No me gustó mucho que no hay elevador (ya se sabía porque lo dice en la descripción) y hay cuartos que están en un 4to nivel, pero sinceramente se compensa por el precio.

L'appartement était plutôt bien et des que l'on a sollicité le personnel, ils ont été super réactifs et agréables. La literie était très confortable.

L'appartement est plutôt bien agencé mais un peu vétustes nous avons eu quelques soucis logistique. Le logement nécessiterait une petite remise aux normes et avec la mauvaise météo, il faisait un peu frais et le logement avait de la buée car il était humide mais satisfait dans l'ensemble du séjour par rapport qualité/ prix
