Highly recommended. Loved it.

I loved the breakfast and how attentive they were while I was there . The young lady offered to make my waffles and she was lovely. The room is big a beautiful. The location is amazing. The front door staff was just amazing. Since we arrived early. They held our bags so we could go eat and then they checked us in as soon as a room was available 30 minutes early.

I think if I was to mention one thing, the bed was a bit hard for me, but that is just a me preference, since I like very soft beds. But I still slept like a baby.

Location was perfect for what we were doing on our trip. We felt safe. Staff was great. Breakfast were very good. Rooms were comfortable. Highly recommend getting recommendations for things to do from the morning cook, he sent us on some amazing adventures, he’s also the go to guy for getting tickets to soccer games. My three sons and I had a great time.

The hotel was under construction, I arrived at 2.45pm and the receptionist made us wait till 3pm. I didn't say word Sat on the couch for 15 minutes listening to the drilling in the entrance.

The price is way too much for what you recieve, I will not return.

Excellent choice!

First of all, the hotel seems quite new. Although small and boutique-like, the suites are quite big indeed. The location is awesome and it has security so felt safe all the time. Internet was super fast. The breakfast was nice and the guy in charge even made me some waffles. More importantly, the staff at the reception desk was incredible. All the ladies there were always patient and ready to help. I am sure I'll be back here if travelling again to Mexico City.

Despite the good location, not too many places to eat nearby. Also, the actual bedroom within the suite, might use additional lighting but it was fine anyway.

Blackout shades where perfect, very comfy beds and the sounds where blocked ion the room, the TVs have enough channels and the kitchenware is all that you need for a quick meal, head a great time and location.

Exceptional

This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. It was so comfortable and had EVERYTHING you'd need- fridge, microwave, cooker, ironing board, hairdryer. The room was very clean and they have nice blackout curtains, which for me is so important to get a good night's sleep. The 1 bedroom apartment is so big and spacious, could easily fit a family of 4! The windows do not open unfortunately but the air-conditioning works very well. The small gym on the ground floor was very nice and had good equipment. I also used the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room on the ground floor and my clothes smelt so nice and clean! The apartment is in a quiet area so no noise problems, but still you are only 10-15 minutes journey by car to the centre of Mexico City and most tourist sites. The reception is always manned so you can even leave your room keys when you go out. There is a Panda Express, a supermarket and more cafes just across the street. The buffet breakfast was great, chef Arturo was so nice and polite, he would explain what was on the buffet and recommend things for me to try. He was very kind and helpful and I appreciated it very much. I can't wait to visit again soon!

This would be a perfect place to stay - if the suites were maintained better.

The location was absolutely perfect for our needs, quiet and away from most city noise while still very close to some interesting areas for visitors. We like to walk and were able to find many good restaurants in close proximity. The 2-bedroom suite was very roomy (for 3 adults) and has ample storage. The beds are wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There were times when we would have preferred to make a quick meal in the suite versus going out again after a day of sightseeing. The "kitchen" however was not workable - even for simple meals - only one large burner was working and we had to ask for a coffeemaker. It was difficult to wash a few dishes in the small sink without a stopper and the total plates, cups and cutlery provided (however ok for us) would not fill a quarter of the large dishwasher. Not that we would have used this appliance since it topples forward when you open the door. No dishwasher soap provided either.
