Perfect

Estancias Vive MX has become one of my favorite places to stay in Mexico City. I’ve returned multiple times because it’s consistently a great experience: comfortable, well cared for, and exactly the kind of place that makes a trip feel easy from the moment you arrive. Everything is always clean and thoughtfully set up, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I’ve stayed here both on my own and while having friends/family in town, and it works perfectly every time. It’s reliable, well managed, and you can tell there’s real attention to detail. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Good location and modern room

The room was nice and modern, clean and option to ask for a kitchen set to make breakfast. Good location near Roma Norte so near many restaurants, cafes and shops.

It would be nice if there was access to free filtered water especially in a seemingly four star hotel although I'm not sure I would rate it 4 stars. Not too close to the metro or bus but it's okay

Nicely located hotel, and very comfortable, including for an extended stay. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything they can. 24-hour reception was very useful as I arrived very late and left quite early. Rooms are clean and spacious.

There is no restaurant/cafe nor gym or similar (though they do provide an in-room yoga mat which is a nice touch!)

The property is ideally located in a vibrant yet peaceful area, surrounded by a variety of coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants—all within easy walking distance. Despite the abundance of local amenities, the neighborhood remains calm and uncrowded, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

The room was clean, spacious and with all equipment needed. Staff members were kind and helpful all the time.

The only complain I got it is a loud noise outside of the room in quiet hours. I didn’t know what it was but it is every day and last at least 20 minutes.

The staff is super polite and helpful, the room is new and large, with a modern, beautiful design, and the bed and linen are very comfortable. Despite facing an extremely busy avenue, the noise-proof windows work perfectly.

I arrived for check-in tired, it was 6 pm (check-in was supposed to be from 3 pm) and the room was not available. We need to wait for the room to be cleaned. I went into the bath and there were no towels, they forgot to add them. When we entered the room, the smell of cleaning material was so strong that we had to leave the window and door open until the smell went away. It was 5 degrees in the city and there was no heater in the room. The room was freezing, and extremely unpleasant. There is no shower stall and it wets the entire bathroom, including the toilet seat. The kitchen is super poorly equipped. We were two people and we only had one fork. There was no pan. When I requested a pan and fork, I needed to leave a photo of my ID. There were also no other basic and minimal things, like glasses, just a cup. On another day, when we arrived to rest at the end of the day, there were no towels again. The receptionist said that unfortunately, the laundry did not deliver the towels. We insisted because we needed to take a shower and warm up our bodies, so they brought the bath towels. But they no longer provided face towels or bathroom rugs.

Su espacio, cuenta con varios elementos comida, café, agua. Etc. La decoración muy linda , fue cómodo, bien distribuido. Me encantó la cortesía de bebida

El mantenimiento ( la puerta del baño caída) los jabones no se podían utilizar. La falta de cuidado. Vean que estén funcionando todo lo que colocan jabón, calentador de agua, estufa etc. No había cafe hasta solicitarlo

Мне часто приходится в командировках по Латинской Америке ночевать одну ночь в Мехико. Каждый раз я выбираю по критерию цены, расположения в центре и отзывов. В это раз остановился в этом отеле, остался доволен: хороший номер с приятным дизайном, чисто, тепло, есть сейф и кондиционер, в душе хороший напор горячей воды. Приятный персонал. Доступ к номер по коду, без карточек, очень удобно.

Из минусов отмечу только то, что я приехал за 30 минут до официального заселения и пришлось ждать 45 (!) минут, чтобы попасть в номер. Может, конечно, у них была 100% загрузка в предыдущий день, но это впервые, когда в таком отеле ты не можешь заселиться даже в оговоренное время!!

- Limpeza, chuveiro e cama que só se encontram em hotéis de rede; - TV com funções bem interessantes, desde TV ao vivo até canais por demanda e poder projetar o próprio celular; - Quarto muito grande e bonito; - Cozinha básica é boa o suficiente para economizar com refeições.

- Não tem como deixar a janela do quarto que dá para a avenida aberta por causa do barulho; - O preço é mais alto que Airbnbs da região.

住得很舒服房間很乾淨和大如同其他評論所言，住了4晚沒人打掃，不過我沒在房間煮食，垃圾少，所以不太擔心蟲蟲

有車聲，我房間在一樓。我覺得可以接受，淺眠者可能注意熱水有點弱，需要等變熱 Shampoo 開關真的有問題，我見其他評論有提過，我房間全部同設計沐浴用品的「按鈕」卡住按不下去，需要扭開頂端使用離獨立紀念柱實際要走15分鐘。不過深夜走沒問題，我去參加熱氣球團，4：15am要步行到紀念柱，酒店建議「rio nilo」街一直走到底最安全。（不要經公路）路上街燈足夠，有24小時便利店和仍營業taco店，是安全的，但最好快步走，15分鐘變數大。最後特別提醒：不建議參加amigo tours ，熱氣球是清晨團人少，導遊謹慎準時，Xochimilco團人超多，直接把我留在集合點把車開走:(...還說我登車no show不能退款，我早半小時就到了一直待在英文隊伍，確認碼都掃了。目前銀行會嘗試使用爭議款
