The location was good in that it was right opposite the bus terminal, so public transport was easily accessible.

I would have preferred that the cost for our pet be already included in the price when we booked on Booking.com

Great Service

Quite new and in excellent condition. Very clean. Comfy bed. Rooms not big but cleverly laid out. Reception lady was welcoming and super helpful with transport, places to visit etc. Outstanding friendly service.

Was outside of the centre so required a 20 minute bus trip (free) or a hire bicycle to get in.

Nice hotel and value for the money paid.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, shower cubicle was good. The breakfast was good. Can get public transport just in front of the hotel.

There is no safe to keep valuables. There is no fridge. Complimentary water bottle is not provided. But I was told we can drink from the tap water. Drinking water is available from breakfast area.

Unexpected oasis from a busy week.

The room was modern and colorful, quiet, top notch linens and because you needed a keyboard to use the elevator.. safe. There was a laundry in the basement, a bar with food open 24 hrs a day. The bus stop was located across the street and gro very store 1 block away. Room came with a bus pass!!

Nice modern hotel with spacious fresh rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast has a good selection of options and the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Location is a bit out of the way for central Basel however there is plenty of public transport links to get to the old town or train station easily

Very pleasant stay

Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, fresh fruit at breakfast buffet, little path along a small river very close by to go for a nice run in nature, bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel provided a free bus ticket for the entire time of the stay.

Nice hotel, since i am an IHG member the staff helped me with early check-in and late check-out. Room was nice and a decent breakfast. Every hotel in Basel gives you a free public transport pass, there is a bus stop in front of hotel so you can take a bus a reach central area in 15-20 minutes

Nothing to dislike, it would have been nice to have more options in breakfast. The hotel is little far from the main central location in Basel but not too far, you can reach there in 15-20 minutes

Good place to stay if you visiting one of the pharma companies in neighborhood

Silent neighbourhood, efficient AC, possibility to buy food from wending machine and heat it in Microwave. Next to hotel there is Aldi for food or other stuff you may need for your trip.

- A new building, everything is very clean, designed in a beautiful way - At the reception, we were given a Basel Pass, which was nice to have, as it lets you benefit from some other city transportation offers & museums.

- At the reception, I was overcharged for city tax, which was acknowledged when we were checking out, however, it looks like that refund was not processed after all;

Great experience, felt very cozy and safe.

The property was like brand new, very modern, clean, cozy, the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, good breakfast (happy they had pancakes). It was just 1minute to the bus station and we got a paper so we could use the city bus for free during our stay. The staff was very nice and kind.

During the day, I think they let the AC going and when we would get back in the evening, it would be a bit cool.

Guy in reception desk in the night 1.12/2.12 was very rude. Breakfast: all ober Buffet was almost empty. No bakery, no fruits, no eggs, no pancake, no milk.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Good breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereals, pastries; various foods to choose from.

The bus that stops just in front of the building doesn’t run very late in the evening, but there is another bus stop just 7-8 minutes away in which the bus stops even after midnight.
