Well equipped home with all the necessary amenities incl. Washing machine, dishwasher, drying and ironing facilities. Quality TV. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. Close to city centre and Titanic Quarter. Useful owner's manual and instructions. Quality towels and linen. Also TV in main bedroom.
Elderly need to be aware that there are two flights of stairs to bedrooms.

Very good size, nice garden.
It could do with a freshen up. A lot of marks on walls/ washing machine very dirty. Shelves fallen down in wardrobe. Shower door not opening and closing correctly etc I did inform the management company of the washing machine upon check in. They said the cleaning company would come out. But unfortunately they didn't in the end.
