About this lodge
Harp Meadow is a unique cabin style new build with a hot tub. Situated just outside the border town of Presteigne, a 5 minute stroll or short drive will see you reach all of Presteigne’s amenities. Able to sleep 6, at Harp Meadow you can still back and enjoy the countryside views from the Juliette balcony, enjoy alfresco dining from the patio, relax in the cosy living space or enjoy bubbles in the hot tub.
The space
Harp Meadow is based on a two acre meadow site with views over Presteigne and the surrounding valley.
Able to sleep six across three bedrooms which all have en-suites, beds come with linen and towels and bathrooms are supplied with toiletries. All bedrooms have Smart TV’s and access to Wi-Fi.
Bedroom one is downstairs with a double bed, en-suite with shower.
Bedroom two is upstairs with a king bed, en-suite with bath and shower head.
Bedroom three is upstairs with two single beds, en-suite with shower.
Towels for use after the hot tub are provided, as well as extra blankets and pillows.
The downstairs is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all together, ideal for socialising. Whilst there is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and oven/hob. Cooking essentials are provided including oil, salt & pepper, washing liquid, sponges and tea towels. The living area has an electrical fireplace, Smart TV, Wi-Fi throughout, board games and books.
Outside boasts a veranda with outdoor seating, a hot tub, patio with outdoor seating and BBQ and a garden.
Private parking for up to three cars.

Guests have sole access to Harp Meadow and can enjoy access to a fenced garden.
Please bare in mind the hot tub will be accessed by the host between 8am & 10am for daily checks.

Whilst we welcome families with young children, please specify on booking whether a travel cot, high chair and stair gates are required.

Situated in a lovely peaceful spot with fab views. The cabin was extremely well equipped with everything you need for your stay even down to cotton wool pads! The hot tub was a super addition to the property! I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Fab Easter break, host were very helpful, I left some property behind and they very kindly posted it back with no problem, the lemon drizzle cake that was there on arrival was a big hit !

A long weekend with friends in a beautiful lodge. The property was beautifully kept and a perfect size to entertain a little one on the rainy days. Charlie’s communication was always very prompt and super helpful

We had a wonderful stay at the holiday lodge. Charlie was an exceptional host, and the place was immaculate with stunning green views. We loved the secluded area, which offered peace and tranquility. There was so much to do, thanks to Charlie's activity book that helped us organize our outings. The kids enjoyed the zoo, go-karting, and visiting the national caves at Brecon Beacons. We also visited Ironbridge in Telford. Everything was beautiful and well-organized. The bonus to staying here was the jacuzzi; it was incredibly relaxing, especially after a day out. We didn't want to leave and are definitely booking again. We've recommended it to all our family and friends.
