Beautiful room
Restaurant food we shocking. Cold lamb and potatoes left most as no offer to take back. Cheese platter freezing straight from the fridge no offer to take back.

We are regulars at this lovely hotel and always find it excellent. The rooms are comfortable, the staff welcoming, friendly and efficient and the restaurant is very good.

Property was exactly as it is shown on the website. A period building with quirkiness.
Because of the age of the building some of the renovation to our room left a lot to be desired, especially in the bathroom where the floor grouting kept coming out as the floor slopped. The breakfasts were a bit hit and miss with the cooking but overall not bad. There was a definite lack of experienced staff.
