Loved the location and concept. Great having kitchen facilities. Great price.
The whole registration process felt a bit odd and inhospitable. When we got there reception was lovely but in the lead up we were apprehensive.Wasn't clear when we could check in. Was basic/spartan in some areas (towels/bedding/decor) then high end with water cooler, premium tea/coffee and slippers. All just felt a little odd. Needed more intensive cleaning, extractor fan dirty and dust/fluff/hair in drawers. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, I think knowing better how things work we'd enjoy it more.

Exactly as described. The location was good for sightseeing and shopping. The room was very clean.
It would be ideal if there was a luggage store.

The location is really good, a 10 minute walk into the centre of town, with a free large car park. The check in was good and easy to notify the reception.
Our room was very small, as were our beds. There was no heating on , so had to go looking for the thermostat to get some heat into the room. The tiny television in our room, didn’t work either.
We had to leave a day early due to a family issue.
