The staff were very friendly and kind, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The only downside was that there wasn’t a fridge in the room.

We had a very pleasant staying. The location is excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. Room, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was great and we loved the quality of the fluffy bath towels and bed linen. Very clean and a great breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is good.
The room wasn't as clean as I would expect, the voile at the window had a large rip in it so didn't offer any privacy. The hotel was very expensive for the quality of the room, cleanliness and the fact that they only offer a continental breakfast. I expected more for the price paid.

Great location for our celebration at The Walnut Tree (same chain). It was very clean with very friendly helpful staff.
Unfortunately we were a late booking and given room 18 which was the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in. Small window and no air conditioning (not sure hotel has it) and despite a large fan, we didn't sleep, not ideal in the heatwave or summer. Felt like a bring in a cupboard. Recommend you book early to avoid this room!
