The flat is only a 20 min walk to union square very comfortable and clean in a quiet location. There is everything you need

Weekend in Aberdeen

Communication was great with the hosts. Very spacious 3 bed flat, all amenities provided. Beds comfortable and shower / water pressure good. Located close to family and only a short walk into Aberdeen city centre. In summary, we would stay here again.

Very nice quite location 5 minutes from the bus and train station what was ideal

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but I have a few suggestions As someone who doesn’t drive and wasn’t local a few local taxi companies would have been helpful Possibly a few good takeaways incase they wanted to order in

We travelled for a family funeral and it was excellent to have a location where we could just relax.

Very clean. Good spacious bedrooms, nice lounge area with comfy settees. Good spacious kitchen with all the utensils you could need.

Flat was very large and only a short walk to town.

The flat was on the first floor but we managed the luggage with 2 of us. First impressions of the entrance to the building could be better however once you get up to the flat it is great.

The flat was clean and tidy good place to relax plenty of room well situated for the centre of town 🤩

Could of done with more tea towels and hand towels for the kitchen, pillows on the beds were very flat and a net curtain in the front bedroom window would be good. The bathroom lock was difficult to open in the bathroom with the shower no door knob either made it difficult to open.🙂

A good flat but could be great with a bit of TLC

Easy entry to the flat. The flat was warm on arrival which was appreciated. It was homely, spacious, clean, had very good central heating, comfortable beds, a large flat screen TV and good selection of toys and games provided for children.

The flat is in need of a bit of TLC. Some general maintenance is required to attend to various areas. Bathroom door has no handle. The kettle leeks quite badly. Toilet door bangs against a cupboard. Wooden toilet seat in toilet is split. Broken fixture on livingroom lamp. Wobbly/insecure mirror attached to bathroom wall. No instructions left for spa bath and main handle constantly falls off. No coffee maker. No welcome pack or milk left which would have been very welcome after a long journey.

Spacious n comfortable, easy access, heating was on when we arrived so was lovely n warm , plenty hot water n most things u would need , value for money.

Very little advice on what u would like done with bedding n towels n rubbish etc. etc Perhaps an instruction manual / booklet to this effect n also how to work TV and a fancy looking shower on which metal handle comes off easily .Please note , toaster didn’t work. Generally clean but some areas need attention esp with older fittings.

The location is perfect ! It's very close to the town centre and the union square. The host were also very welcoming. The apartment was really nice and clean. The beds were really comfortable. Everything that we needed during our stay was provided. I would highly recommend this apartment 😊

Perfect family home

So welcoming and homely, everything we needed available and when I couldnt figure out the water temp the owner called me back within 5 minutes to go over it turned out I had accidently turned the temperature down so fixed quick and easy. Very comfortable lots of space and 5minute drive into town. Did see a bus service passing but quiet neighbourhood no issues at all and felt safe and right at home. Kids loved the massive bath we could all share. Wonderful all round and would have expected to pay more.

Parking slightly busy when returning home later but the little side street was safe enough we parked there 2nights along with other cars and no issues we could see the car from the back windows

Schön geschnittene Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad mir Badewanne + Toilette, einem kleinen Bad mit Toilete, Wohnzimmer und Küche im ersten Stock. Parkplätze gibt's vor dem Haus. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr gut. Genügend Handtücher da.

Appartement bien situé et équipé, mais literie trop molle et salle de bain à moderniser.

Pour une nuit à Aberdeen, le logement était situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville et à seulement une minute d’un commerce. L’appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel.

La lliterie était un peu trop molle à mon goût. Le sèche-linge mériterait un petit nettoyage, car le filtre était complètement plein. Enfin, la salle de bain gagnerait à être rafraîchie.

Que tuviera los 2 baños disponibles y muy buen espacio en todas las habitaciones. Fácil de llegar , ya que se encuentra en una calle principal.

Que no tuviera su propio estacionamiento ya que es en la calle sin lugar asignado, no estoy diciéndole que no alcanzamos lugar ; si no que me hubiera gustado que asignado y cerca del alojamiento.
