A good convenient place to stay in Mantua.

Good location. Large apartment.

As others have mentioned, traffic noise is noticeable and the small “sofa” is impractical for 2 people. Also because of the very hot weather, the air conditioning was just adequate. This was not helped on our first night by us finding out that someone had turned on the central heating!!

Good property; could be even better.

Spacious; comfortable bed; nice shower room. Generally a very good property and could be excellent if facilities were improved. Very convenient for the station and not too far from centre of town.

No kettle or tea bags; no toiletries; no top sheet on the bed (it was too warm for a duvet, and only a bottom sheet provided, so we had to use our towels to sleep under) Curtains let in too much light. No Wifi on morning of departure (was it timed to go off, or were we just unlucky?) Lots of road noise from cobbled street and a lot of traffic (may be partly due to road works nearby)

A little nerve-racking at first trying to communicate regarding self check in, but the room itself is huge and relativel

Great location close to the train station as well as the city center. Everything is walkable. Very spacious and comfortable with most of the basics. Host was fairly flexible as well. A good deal for what you get.

It took a while to get the self check in instructions squared with the host, which was a little anxiety inducing, but once we figured everything out it was great.

The window blinds are kept closed as the apartment is on the ground floor and passers by could look in. You have to switch on the lights during the day.

L'alloggio è situato in una posizione molto comoda, vicina al centro ma silenziosa. Gli ambienti sono molto spaziosi e accoglienti, perfetti per due persone. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare.

- materasso indecente, si affonda e ci si sveglia con il mal di schiena!! - cuscini idem al materasso, assurdi - rumori assordanti durante la notte e sopratutto di primo mattino (andava fatta una seria insonorizzazione) - prezzo elevatissimo rispetto alla qualità proposta - caldo eccessivo durante la notte

Posizione centrale

L'appartamento è al piano terra, affacciato su strada carrabile con vetri sebbene doppi non insonorizzati; è buio, poiché le finestre hanno i vetri per due terzi oscurati; inoltre non hanno gli scuri ma solo tende interne che lasciano filtrare la luce alle prime luci dell'alba! Il materasso è sottile e sfondato. Il bagno è dotato di soli due asciugamani a persona e manca di asciugamani piccoli per il bidet. La caldaia a gas per l'acqua calda è all'interno della cucina, anziché come è d'uso comune all'esterno per motivi di sicurezza, tanto più che la zona letto è nello stesso ambiente. Il gestore, cui ho chiesto di avere due asciugamani in più per il bidet, mi ha risposto che non li danno perché hanno gia tante spese da sostenere. Consiglio quindi di portarli in valigia, oltre a dei tappi per le orecchie e mascherine per gli occhi.

Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e arredato benissimo. Posizione a due passi dal centro. Check in e check out comodi in autonomia attraverso le indicazioni forniteci via whatsapp dal sig Giovanni.

Materasso non comodissimo. Impossibilità di ottenere il buio completo in stanza nonostante la presenza di tendoni alle finestre. Passaggio molto rumoroso di veicoli e persone nella strada antistante.

Het geluid van het verkeer werd niet voldoende door de ramen tegengehouden. Er waren maar 2 koffiekopjes en geen melk of koffiemelk in de toch goed ingerichte keuken.
