I sincerely recommend this apartment😍

•It is an apartment that exceeded my expectations. •It's very stylish and equipped with absolutely everything you need. If you want to feel at home, you only need to have a backpack with clothes, that's enough. •We were welcomed with cold water and city specific cookies 🍪 (Thanks to the host for that). •In my opinion, the apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. •The bed and pillows are very comfortable and clean. •The location is on a quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. •Finally, the best part is the price of this apartment. It is a good price compared to other locations of this rating.

Delightful Apartment.

A lovely apartment, very clean and spacious. We had access from the key safe and instructions were very clear. We did not meet the owner during our stay. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Kitchen area very well equipped. Area very quiet and slightly inaccessible for cars but dropping off possible. A little too far from the centre for us but this is very much a personal view.

Keys in a lock box outside front lobby door. Just took a few moments to realise the internal keys have a right way up.

lovely accommodation on our cycle trip to Mantova

Lorenzo met us at the property as arranged. Showing us around the apartment we found him very friendly and helpful. There were some nice extra touches like a gift of the local crumble cake called sbrisolona, a bottle of water, sweets and chocolate on our pillow as well as the use of some lovely body products and disposable slippers etc. The kind of things you might find at a good hotel but not often at a short stay apartment (in our experience anyway)

Able to park car nearby and short walk into the main square. Beautiful stylish apartment with plenty of space and all equipment and furnishing of a high quality. Very comfortable and tranquil. Lorenzo, our host, was so welcoming and helpful.

Per la colazione c'era molto a disposizione ma ho preferito il bar per poter godere le splendide piazze di Mantova all'aria aperta. Comunicazione sia telefonica che con messaggi decisamente perfetta, Lorenzo molto cordiale e preciso. Camera molto spaziosa con tavolo, arredamento piacevole. Centro storico di Mantova per facili spostamenti a piedi. Consigliato.

A Mantova per il weekend e il concerto de Il Volo, tutto fantastico!

Appartamento anche più bello di come ci si aspetta dalle foto su Booking ed è attrezzatissimo di tutto. Arrivando in serata abbiamo apprezzato che ci fosse il caffè per la moka e anche le due mini sbrisolone, con cui abbiamo fatto colazione. A disposizione anche due bottigliette d'acqua, piccole cortesie che si fanno apprezzare (e non sono scontate quando si prenota un appartamento). Essendo arrivate in treno non so dire nulla dei parcheggi, le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento erano chiarissime e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di contattare il proprietario. L'appartamento è in ottima posizione, Mantova è una città bellissima e relativamente piccola, per cui si gira benissimo a piedi.

L'appartamento è veramente carino non manca nulla ho sentito il proprietario per alcuni chiarimenti è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fatto anche trovare due mini sbrisolone come benvenuto davvero carinissimo (un consiglio se lo accetti Lorenzo è di mettere le tende giusto per un po' di privacy per il resto tutto ok) abbiamo trovato comodo anche il parcheggio in Piazza Virgiliana abbastanza vicino all' appartamento e a pochi passi dal Centro, Mantova è stupenda ❤️❤️
