Very well located, few steps from the center. Facilities were super clean and well equipped.

The online check-in process is awful, welcome page states “1 minute” to complete and you then discover the need to upload even a selfie with document for each guest… not a good idea to put admin on the guest’s shoulders, staff not welcoming at all to try to solve this.

Appartamento molto bello, curato e pulitissimo. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro, appena fuori dalla ZTL quindi con accesso facilmente gestibile.

Abbiamo contattato il proprietario/i per sapere se potevamo effettuare il check-in un'oretta prima ma nessuno ci ha risposto. Ecco forse questo è stato l'unico punto negativo dell'esperienza: non c'è stato alcun contatto umano e per qualsiasi problema non avremmo saputo a chi rivolgerci, considerato che non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta quando abbiamo chiamato il numero indicato. La gestione della differenziata è un po' complicata, specialmente per brevi soggiorni come il nostro (non tutti i rifiuti venivano ritirati nei giorni del nostro pernottamento, ma nelle informazioni fornite è indicato che ci può essere una penale se i rifiuti non vengono smaltiti... quindi ci siamo portati qualche busta in auto nel viaggio di ritorno, che siamo riusciti a smaltire appena abbiamo trovato contenitori adatti strada facendo). Non è scontato trovare parcheggio vicino l'appartamento... abbiamo speso un bel po' di soldi per 2 giorni di parcheggio nelle 'comuni' strisce blu.

Camere ampie e pulite tutto funzionante e in ordine.

The property was conveniently located to the friend we were visiting, to a grocery store, and local points of interest.

I had great difficulty getting in. Not on 5G, I could not get the code. Called the number and was told to get online. The woman did not speak English. The weather had been cold and rainy for several days and the apartment was freezing. I called, emailed, and messaged the host several times and we didn't get a response. Like once he was paid, he wrote us off. I wasn't going to post a review, but this keeps popping up and since I reported to Booking at the time and still haven't heard back, it seems time to post.
