From the moment we checked in i cannot emphasise how amazing the staff were, from front desk to the lovely house keeping ladies and the lovely young lady that served our breakfast each morning they are a credit to the hotel x

Great location. Comfortable, clean room, friendly staff.
Our room wasn't serviced after the first night. We flagged this to Reception and we were assured it would be done but, on returning late that evening, it still hadn't been done. We had to find a member of staff the next morning, to ask for clean towels, before we could shower.

Very central location and the attached restaurant had good gluten free options.
Reception experience poor and at this price there should be a work desk and a fridge in the room.
