A really homely duplex apartment in Sheffield.

Excellent apartment in a good location and at a very fair price. The apartment building was easy to access, and the room itself was comfortable, well furnished/equipped and spotless.

At the price I paid, I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

Disappointed and tired as probably gad 3 hours sleep due to the inconsiderate, noisy guests above us

good room size, comfortable bed, reasonably well equipped kitchen, location, light snd airy.

Sound proofing - Zero! very noisy guests above us. Cleanliness could be better, had to wash the crockery, clean the kitchen area (sink, cooker and worktop. Shower cubicle and basin needed a deep clean.

Disappointment

Very tiny room TV wouldn’t work nowhere to even hang or put our clothes didn’t stay the night my husband said it made him claustrophobic so we went out for our meal went back got our stuff and went home.

3rd stay and gone downhill, location is nice and beds are relatively comfy, but feels like owners don’t care as much any

Good location, bed was pretty comfortable

I’ve stayed here twice before and each time it seem to get worse. Annoying security deposit process before you are allowed entry, have to send proof of ID as well, which was only requested 13 hours in advance of check in. Last 2 times I stayed here this wasn’t the case. Used to get nice little gifts when you stayed like a pot of jelly babies, now nothing. Bathroom constantly stunk and had to keep the door closed. Free sachets of coffee and teabags but no milk?? Feels like the owners just don’t care anymore compared to staying here previously. It was comfortable enough but I wouldn’t stay again.

TV didnt work Dirty socks left in the bathroom Dust, sofa wasn't cleaned. Bed wasnt comfy Could hear everything in the hallway and other rooms. Ie. Music played loud at 5am. 3am erotic noised from a nearby room. Was cold, would have been nice to control Thermarest/room temp

Wouldn't stay again.

It was a big space

I was travelling alone for work. You couldn't see the tv from the bed so i sat on the sofa bed to watch, which is really hard and uncomfortable to sit on. At 1am there was really aggressive banging on the door, then a second and third time. There was no peep hole to see who it was, why would anyone be banging on the door at that time, they proceeded to bang on subsequent doors along the hall way. I felt so vulnerable, despite there being a code system to enter the building. I was desperate for it it be morning so that i could leave!!! The room was clean but the layout was strange. The Tv should be on an angled bracket so you could view it better.

Quite a nice style

The booking in process was dreadful - would be normal surely to book and pay deposit at the same time - I was left stood outside in the rain whilst trying to transfer £50 deposit that I’m not sure if I’ll see again, and waiting for the door code and entry information to be sent. Bathroom was dirty in the corners and mould in the shower with a damp musty smell. Room was quite quite chilly - Heating came in just as I was leaving in the morning. The street outside was not a nice area - no way was I leaving my car there Stairs were very steep and narrow

The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, just a five minute walk from centre.

Because we weren't used to self check in this took a bit of time but we spoke to someone on the phone who talked us through it.

Brilliant stay

The studio was lovely and had everything we could possibly need. The pictures don't do it justice, it was even nicer than expected. It was roomy and comfortable. It was much nicer than staying in a hotel. We already can't wait to come back again. The staff were also extremely helpful with any questions I had.

Gorgeous decor, had everything we needed. Excellent value for money. Cheap parking nearby. The bed was super comfortable & the bedding felt luxurious. Very spacious.

Not something that bothered us so much but may bother some people - The toilet was right next to the head of the bed & only had a sliding door that didn’t close all the way and there was no lift. The stairs were very small & steep. No tv in the bedroom & had microfibres towels.

Loved EVERYTHING about this place! Such a beautiful little place and super comfy! The whole place was almost spotless (with the exception of the fan) however that is the only very tiny bit pick! We will be back next year we enjoyed so much :)

The fan in the room was extremely dusty to the point it was massively restricting airflow (the highest it could go felt like someone breathing towards you from a distance 🙈). This said, we used some wipes ourselves to almost fully clean the fans blades and front of it, and it worked a charm and was fine from then on (although it did shoot quite a few dust bunnies out)!

Clean, comfy and friendly

It was good value for money. The room had everything we needed in it. The staff were friendly.

The walls and floorboards are very thin. You can hear every step from the apartment above you. The people above us were walking around at 1-3am which we could hear every footstep. We would have slept better if others respected the quiet hour rules that were stated before booking. Additionally the property does not have a car park, the closest car park is £12 a day which can add up.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you.

It is a very comfortable space, large than expected. We were able to watch some tv in the evening and easily fitted round the table for breakfast. Kitchen facilities were good and everything was provided, washing up liquid/ tea towel etc The bed was particularly comfortable and it had a great shower. The location was good, we headed up into town for some food, plenty of nice restaurants near by. It is hilly so if you struggle with walking you may want to be right in the centre. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The only thing I could think of was more tea bags, there were two of us staying and 3 tea bags. Neither of us drink Coffee ( there were quite a few sachets ) so we ended up with a weak cup each in the morning ( shared a tea bag )

Probably not the best place to stay if you are hoping for a lay in. No fault at all to the property but the street outside became very noisy with bin men shouting banging and crashing at 7 in the morning
