Cozy、relaxing but stuffy🤪（July)

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having a kitchen is really convenient.

Our apartment was a semi-basement, so moving our luggage was a bit difficult. The weather happened to be quite hot during the two weeks of July we stayed, and it was really stuffy inside the basement. Hopefully, we can book an apartment on the ground floor next time.🤪

A cozy , clean , spatious appartment we enjoyed with my friends

The location was excellent - tram available outside takes u straight to rotterdam central in 15’ Super clean and it was spacious so we enjoyed our resting time at home. Hot water was always available. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious modern well equipped Appartment for a short or long stay in Rotterdam.

The Appartment is really spacious, new, modern, cosy and very well equipped (kitchen with variable cutlery, dish washer, coffee machine, washing mashing, iron, fan, vacuum cleaner), detailed information provided via booking chat. Two bedrooms and a kitchen plus a dining room on the second floor. Check in 16, check out 11, entrwance by code. Three back yard parking spaces (upon availability) or 5 min walk free parking under bridge at your own risk or garage parkbee at distance or 2eur per hour. Cleaning and bed linen and towels change once per week. Despite closeness to highway it’s quite quiet district. Supermarkets are 5-7 min walk. Reasonable cost compared to other options in Rotterdam. 10 by car to the city centre.

The only disturbance is low soundproof between floors.

L’appartement était sale, des cheveux partout dans la salle de bains, dans les draps des taches, des traces et du pipi séché sur la cuvette des toilettes, le radiateur était fonctionnel le premier jour et le deuxième jour il ne fonctionnait plus donc nous avions froid pendant la nuit du 2eme jour. Nous avons pris contact avec le service client de l’appartement et nous on assure qu’un personne viendrait faire le ménage mais personne n’est passé.

J’ai tout apprécié l’appartement, c’était bien c’était propre, on était à côté de tout, il y a le tramway qui était juste en bas l’appartement 10/10 je le recommande vraiment à tout le monde.

Décevant, on n’y retournera pas.

L’emplacement proche des transports en commun.

Mal équipé, des moustiques et pas de grillage aux fenêtres, pas de ventilateur dans le 2ème chambre, insonorisation et bruit de la porte d’entrée extérieur lorsque les gens entrent et sortent de l’immeuble. Temps de réponse plus long.

sehr gute Nahverkehrsanbindung, Parkplatz an der Unterkunft, unkomplizierter Zugang zur Unterkunft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Lebensmittel fußläufig erreichbar. Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung und trotz verkehrsreicher Strasse in der Nähe relativ ruhig.

Keine Leselampen in den Zimmern. Kein Toaster in der Küche vorhanden. Die neu gekauften Hand- und Badetücher waren leider vorab nicht gewaschen worden, daher nur bedingt nutzbar. Auf Nachfrage die Unterkunft eine Stunde eher beziehen zu können, hätte 25 Euro Aufschlag gekostet.

Je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié me retrouver dans un appartement en sous -sol. Cette information n'était signalée nulle part. L'escalier pour y accéder est particulièrement étroit et dangereux. Les chambres aux mesures atypiques sont lumineuses mais le séjour ne dispose d'aucune clarté.

Het is niet schoon we moesten eerst de borden glazen en bestek schoonmaken voordat we konden eten. Het inchecken was gaotisch kreeg teveel info te laat, en werd herhaald. Men was telefonisch niet te bereiken.

Je recommande

C'est assez grand pour 4 personnes sauf que dans le séjour il n'y a qu'un fauteuil et une banquette 2 personnes. Le 4eme doit prendre une chaise de table qui malgré tout reste correcte. Bien situé même si c'est excentré mais 2 lignes de tram passent à 30 mètres de l'immeuble et avec une on va dans pas mal de lieux. Bien isolé. Équipements modernes.

Attention le logement pour 4 est au premier étage et c'est un duplex ( escalier intérieur supplémentaire à monter pour aller à l'appartement lui même) donc si vous êtes d'un certain âge et que vous avez des difficultés à monter les escaliers, méfiance. Idem si vous avez des jeunes enfants à cause de l'escalier intérieur (je n'ai pas vérifié si il y a une barrière de sécurité installabble).

Det fanns fem (!) stycken stekpannor och bara en kastrull så bad om fler kastruller och de sa att de skulle kolla med det men det hände inte - på 6 dagar. Var där med min gamla pappa (+80 år) och det var besvärliga trappor om man är äldre. Som på bilderna är det en källarvåning.

Het was goed, maar niet verantwoord dat mensen in de kelder moeten verblijven.

de ruimtes waren ruim, wat aangenaam was. Alles wat voorzien qua handdoeken en lakens en wat basics voor de keuken. Goed bereikbaar en op wandelafstand van het centrum.

Dat we in de kelder zaten en geen daglicht of uitzicht hadden. Werd niet mee gedeeld. Alle verwarmingen stonden volledig uit, waardoor we nog een hele tijd in de koude hebben gezeten in de avond bij aankomst. We ontbraken keukenhanddoeken, wat niet vanzelfsprekend is om mee te nemen op vakantie of te kopen voor 2 dagen.
