I would come back again, maybe not in the winter due to the heating issue.

the apartment was clean and had everything one may need for cooking and staying, The location is nice, close to the center and the metro station.

the apartment was very cold- the hosts left the windows open on a -3C day- probably from the morning so the apartment was freezing cold when we checked in at 4pm. Warming up the following days was hardly possible because the radiators were barely functioning. The hosts came to check but did not manage to solve it. This made our experience less pleasant. Keep it into account when traveling in winter.

It is a big space with basically everything you need.

I requested a late checkout the day before and two days before the stay. I kept getting the answer: we don’t know yet if it’s possible, please contact us a day beforehand. So I left early but would’ve liked a conclusive answer.

Pretty appartement but cold nights

A nice location and an appartement big enough for friends. With a nice kitchen and bathroom. Good thing was that their was facilities such as an Iron board

The beds only had a summer blanket on the bed. You had to take an extra blanket yourself. Not every room had enough blankets and the nights were cold. Also it was strange that there was no water point in the toilet.

Apartment is well equipped for a family including washing machine and tumble dryer. Very central within walking distance from all amenities and bus/tram.

Great value for money

Loved the decor, location and spacious rooms and communal areas. There was enough crockery for 5+ guests, plus white goods (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and medium sized fridge) Great communication via WhatsApp,very professional and helpful

The life is not in use so had to drag our luggage up 2 flights of stairs The staff often did not understand our request, so we had to grab our own tissue and towels from their storage units

The space & comfort this apartment provided was far above what we would have experienced at a hotel.

The spaciousness of the apartment was great! Kitchen appliances, dishes and cookware were new and clean. The beds were comfortable. The table and living area were a wonderful hub for our family. The shower room was also very spacious and had good water pressure. We had an issue with the keyless entry and were able to get ahold of the emergency contact and have the issue resolved very quickly.

We were in the basement so we didn't enjoy parking lot noise late at night from people outside, and not having full windows in the bedrooms. There was no A/C unit in our apartment.

They asked for deposit one day before our visit. I told them I don't want to make any payment apart from Booking.com but then they insisted. Then I said ok but when I checked the link they sent via email, it was written that deposit payment was not mandatory for Booking customers so i didn't pay for it. So this discussion with the owner was unnecessary. Another issue was there were no towels when we arrived. When i informed the owner, he found a solution but they can be more cautious.

Very good location, and excellent value for the area.

Spacious and clean. The suite feels new. 3 full bedrooms for convenience and privacy. 1/2 hour walk to the train station, easy walking to pubs, restaurants and grocery store. Bike rental one block away. Quiet, especially at night. Big shower room with heated towel racks. Separate room for ironing. Keypad entry, so all guests can come and go easily.

This is a basement suite. There is one large window at the kitchen/living room, which lets in plenty of light but cars (not many) drive by at eye level to the parking lot. The bedrooms have small, high windows only, but the suite is very well lit. The toilet is in a separate room from the main bathroom and shower, with no sink of its own. Minor inconvenience.

Great location with easy access to transport and Rotterdam

An excellent location, extremely easy access to Rotterdam city centre just a short walk away, Alber Heijn is just over the road and made food shopping for our stay very easy. The host was very accommodating and replied to our queries both before and after our stay extremely quickly.

The single beds were combined to make a double, however, they easily slid apart leaving the room to only be a single. The oven was a little complex to figure out but once we pressed the right buttons it worked great. The apartment does have sound monitoring devices installed that we accidentally triggered. Located in a slightly noisier part of the city, though you'd struggle to find anywhere so close to the centre that isn't just as noisy.

Stay with the OK statis

Location is a plus. Renovated apartment. All needed quipments were there. Staff was helpful.

All three rooms did not have the window sunlight. Which i got like a feeling in the bunker. The bathroom in in the top floor. Which means all the people who stays in the down floors should walk through the staircase all the time. It will be a problem for such adults who cannot walk frequently. Parking is 25€ per day which is sold seperately.

Nice place to stay in Rotterdam

The apartment is perfect for a short or long stay, we had everything we needed. It’s close to the city center and has a grocery store nearby. The place was clean and each of us had fresh towels. Getting into the apartment was easy, using a code received 1 day prior to arriving. Take into consideration the 300€ deposit that will be refunded in 3 days after the stay. On our last day there was a problem with the door lock but the owner answered quickly so everything went well.

Bel appartement bien placé, avec quasiment tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon sejour

Appartement très spacieux, superbe situation géographique, pas loin d’un supermarché (300m) Parking dans la résidence, Vue imprenable Cuisine équipée (de quoi se faire un café ou tisane à dispo pour les premiers matins) 2 chambres Le digicode pour la porte (pas besoin de transporter de clés) Et merci pour la petite attention sucrée

Je ne sais pas si l’appartement comporte un grille pain ou un torchon pour nettoyer la vaisselle, mais peut être il faudrait le rajouter. l’écoulement dans la salle de bain (douche) se faisait très mal + de fortes odeurs d’égouts, vérifier les fosses septiques sont peut être à vider. Et l’isolation des fenêtres dans le salon laisse passer le froid 🥶

El apartamento estaba al lado de la parada de tranvía por lo que la movilidad en la ciudad resultó muy fácil y cómoda. A unos minutos andando hay un supermercado muy completo y horario muy amplio por lo que nos facilitó la estancia.

La ubicación y el tamaño del apartamento era enorme.Todo estaba limpio,volveríamos aquí sin dudarlo. tengo que decir que yo estaba en la tercera planta 323b y este en concreto tenia muy buenas vistas

Por decir algo la ventanas no son doble acristalamiento y se oía el ruido de fuera pero es una zona muy tranquila y no fue desagradable

Problèmes administratifs rencontrés

Très grosses difficultés à récupérer la caution qui est débitée et rendue seulement après 15 jours mais Alphabet Appartments avait presque 2 semaines de retard et il a fallu plusieurs relances et échanges pour l'obtenir. Difficulté à accéder au lien pour verser la caution adressé par Alphabet Appartments seulement le jour même de l'arrivée : le digicode de la porte avait été bloqué lorsque nous sommes rentrés du restaurant le soir de l'arrivée, impossible d'accéder à notre appartement et nos bagages alors que la totalité du prix de location avait été réglé ! Incroyable ! Obligés de discuter à 23h avec un numéro d'urgence pour réaccéder à l'appartement !

Prima uitvalsbasis om Rotterdam te verkennen. Centrum te voet en de metro op een paar honderd meter lopen voor verder gelegen stadsdelen (Ahoy, 10 minuten)

Hygiene in het apartement was niet meer dan redelijk, informatie m.b.t. het parkeren op het terrein is onvoldoende/onduidelijk. Basale schoonmaakmiddelen ontbreken, gemiste kans!

Location très bien située dans la ville mais de qualité à fortement améliorer

La situation géographique, les toilettes et la SDB chauffées et la gentillesse de l'agent d'entretien

Il y avait 3 chaises à la table-à-manger alors qu'on avait loué pour 4 personnes (super pratique...)! Pas suffisamment de torchons pour la cuisine, pas de tapis de bain à la sortie de la douche, pas de place pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain, fenêtres simple vitrage non étanche (fuite d'eau sur le rebord le long des fenêtres quand il pleut, courant d'air dans la chambre la nuit et bruit de la ville), rideaux pas assez grands pour masquer la lumière car pas de volets. Pas d'information concernant l'utilisation du digicode (flèche) et porte ne s'ouvrant pas de temps en temps malgré la bonne procédure (très stressant). Heureusement, agent d'entretien présente et super gentille qui nous a aidés pour la porte.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadterkundung, die alles hat, was man braucht.

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Anmietung war sehr unkompliziert.

Goede ligging, dichtbij centrum. Ruim en schoon appartement. Contact via app ging met zeer snelle reactie.

Vooraf een borg moeten geven met creditcard. Dit moest via een link en gaf initieel wat wantrouwen. Uiteindelijk goed gekomen.

Fonteintje in toilet had handig geweest, net als nachtkastjes bij de bedden. Verder kan je prima parkeren maar hoe dat precies werkt kan wat duidelijker gecommuniceerd worden.

Sehr nah am Zentrum! Ganz passabel.

Geräumige Wohnung, hell und freundlich eingerichtet.

Die Sauberkeit ließ einwenig zu wünschen übrig. Der Tisch war für vier Personen dekorativ eingedeckt ,aber total eingestaubt. Die Stühle hatten auch eine ordentliche Staubschicht drauf. Nachdem man drauf gesessen hatte, war man weiß vom Staub. Das WC hatte kein Waschbecken, so das man sich die Hände in der Küche waschen musste. Dann gab es Probleme mit der Parkkarte, die sollte auf dem Esstisch liegen, welches nicht der Fall war . Nach mehrmaligen Nachrichten schreiben und telefonischen Kontakt wurde mir zugesichert, dass jetzt alles geregelt sei. Am nächsten Morgen kamen wir nicht vom Parkplatz runter , weil die Parkkarte nicht vorhanden war. Ich musste mit fünfzig Euro in Vorkasse treten, mal schauen, ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme!! Ziemlich ärgerlich!

Goed bevallen! Kinderen wilden nog wel een dagje langer blijven.

De locatie was dichtbij het Wereldmuseum (waar wij moesten zijn voor een workshop die wij gaven). Dichtbij een supermarkt (mochten wij wat zijn vergeten, konden wij daar kopen). Er waren eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Alles was op loop afstand te doen en dat was fijn. Voor ons was dit prima!

De communicatie was nog wel een gedoe. Veel heen en weer gechat. Voor mij bepaalde dingen onduidelijk. Het was deels ook in het Engels (chat en bellen) Ik had nl geen creditcard om borg te betalen. Het kost wel wat tijd, maar het is uiteindelijk gelukt om de borg op een andere manier te betalen en antwoord te krijgen op mijn vragen.
