Much better than it looks in the photos. Would stay again.

A lot nicer and cleaner than I expected. The photos did not do it any justice. Fridge spotless clean. Well equippment kitchen etc. Would stay again.

There was one light in the room I couldn't turn off. Not a major problem. Oddly the washing machine was in the toilet. Again, not a problem, just a little strange and it made access to the toilet a little tight.

There was no option for Breakfast but there are a lot of breakfast restaurants nearby.

Terrible experience

Good flat

We rented one flat at Booking, but after we entered they told us the flat was not avaiable. Offered anotei, but the real flat was in a different number that was o Booking (a clothes store). Another big problem is that the street dor didn't eorked, and we had to wait until a neighbor arrive. The flat is good, but had two stores with very dangerous and Steel staricase, specially durante the night. One day the battery of the door of the flat died and ee há to wait for 2 hours at the street cause the locker people coudn't enter because the steeet door didn't open. Every time we arrive it was a nightmare if we could or not pass the street door. We asked for a key, like everyone in the building, but they didn't provide. The bedroom is not prepaired for temperatures higher that 22 Celsius. A big mass caused by a landlord that really didn't care about guests.

Not bad for a night's stay.

Good location, easy check-in, the bed was enough large, the room is big enough. It was not so loud outside even on Saturday night.

There’re no towels, while there are plenty of other things, like dishes, shampoo, coffee machine or tea. There's a stylish light on the bedside, but there's only an electrical socket on one side of the bed, so you can't turn on the light on one side, and you can't charge your phone there. The room looks nice and clean, but there was gum on the floor next to the sofa and I was concerned that it had been cleaned properly, like other reviews said.

The place is well located and very comfortable. The management took care inmediatly when we had any issue.

Close to everything!

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Well-stocked with kitchenware. Good towels linens and comfortable bed & pillows. Great location close to metro, many food options, shopping. A grocery store is literally around the corner. The Markethal is very close. The large and fabulous street market is right out the door on Tuesdays and Saturdays. A real treat! Responsive host. I felt safe.

The floor had not been swept when I arrived and the shower drain filter was clogged. The bathroom could use a hook and toilet paper holder, and a floor towel/bath mat would be nice. The windows don’t open far so little air circulation in the room. It’s also a little noisy in the evening so earplugs are advised (for me anyway!).

Slechte communicatie, verborgen prijzen. Te warm.

Locatie

Communicatie was slecht. Voorwaarden rondom check-in tijd werden na het boeken aangepast, van 14:00 naar 16:00. Dit mag je dan terugdraaien voor 20 eu extra. Kunnen vervolgens geen garantie geven dat dit überhaupt kan tot de dag van de boeking. Geeft veel onzekerheid. Vervolgens wordt je wakker dat je latere checkout tijd hebt besteld (met extra kosten), wat ook niet het geval is. Bed is zeer oncomfortabel. Het is erg warm in de flat. Voor de prijs en locatie ok. Maar ik zou verder kijken.

Kamer was niet schoon toen we aankwamen. Meisje was in een ander kamer bezig en toen wij binnen kwamen om precies 16:00 uur hoorden wij dat zij aan de telefoon zei: het heeft geen zin dat ik schoonmaak want de mensen zijn er al. Badkamer had nog blonde haren overal. Er was geen badkamer mat. Wij hadden in kamer D heel veel last van geluid van buiten. Wij denken dat het een ventilatie op het dak was. Vloer van de kamer was heel erg vuil. Mijn kleinzoon heeft zonder schoen gelopen en zijn voeten waren heel erg vuil. Andere 2 kamers alleen last van de restaurant buiten. Communicatie was niet goed 27 mails ontvangen. Belachelijk.
