Perfect studio 14 H center Rotterdam

I liked the bed was very comfy

Walls very thin, one night heard a guy through the wall having a lot of fun

I stayed in this studio for a few days and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — close to public transport, restaurants, and the main attractions. The studio is clean, bright, and well equipped, perfect for a short stay.

The only downside for me was the bathroom, which is quite small and a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was great.

Location was very good, easy walking to tram and points of interest

The uneven bathroom that would have pools of water pile up in the corner after a shower. The flimsy keypad entry door with a 4 digit code. There was dust on a lot of places that indicating that the cleaning job is only done haphazardly. The floor splint on the floor that were all in shambles. The missing in between roof so you have a clear view of the piping of the above apartments. Hearing various things scoot above head when somebody flushes anything in the upstairs apartments. The broken door on the wardrobe (by the way I fixed that) The disconnected hose on the mobile air conditioner (hey I fixed that too) The 1.5L bottle of water that was trying to catch the condensation from said air conditioner. If I had not spotted that haphazardly connected bottle I would have probably flooded the floor with condensation water. Also why is there a hose, just let the condensation water evaporate through the big house to the vent outside ... And finally, the worst part about it. Reading in the welcome Email that it is forbidden to perform sex work on the premises and once I entered the bedroom I got this massive feeling of dejavu .... Yeah I can not recommend this place at all.

Well equipped

Only a flimsy window between you & the street outside with people talking, cars & trams-the whole length of the flat is glass, not walls & very poorly insulated. The people, cars, trams may as well be in the flat with you, it is that loud! It is impossible to get any sleep before 1am and trams start again at 6am. Hard and uncomfortable bed. The keypad was not working and had to wait for over an hour for assistance, with no compensation given. By far one of the worst places I have ever stayed at!

Very compact and cozy apartment. It has everything you need.

I would just like a clock, any kind, and a mirror in the room.

You get an entire studio to yourself. All facilities (washing machine, induction cooker and dishwasher) are included. The room(s) are quite spacious and comfortable

The fact that there is no option to request a cleaner. It was also quite warm during our stay, and the portable cooler really does not cover it. Some way to ventilate the room would be nice.
