Beautiful apartment in highly convenient location

Well furnished and equipped spotlessly clean apartment Excellent location 5 minutes walk from RijnHaven metro and Jumbo supermarket. I was a bit nervous given the range of bad and good reviews but based on our experience I would recommend highly Communication with team via WhatsApp after check in worked well

Not the property but the process was a bit unnerving as you had to go off Booking site to check in and leave credit card details for deposit. All worked well in the end. Maybe this fact should be emphasised on the Booking listing so it doesn’t come as a surprise the day before you travel .

Actually the only thing I liked was the bathroom

To start with, since I arrived, the building is under construction. After that, the apartment doesn't have Wi-Fi. I had to use a neighbor's. Not only that, the intercom was falling apart. Not only that, the door had a bad entry key. They stole my money and kicked me out of the accommodation without me doing anything at all. Besides, they discriminated against me from the first minute.

Great stay in a historical landmark.

The amenities were well prepared, room was clean, and the staff was supportive upon inquiries before check-in. The property was located close to the station and local supermarket (Jumbo), and was very convenient.

The photo museum is under renovation, so the floors below the property feel empty. The entrance and elevator is thar of a construction site. However the 7th floor is clean and it feels otherworldly.

Absolutely would not recommend

The location was good, right next to the metro stop at Rijnhaven

The hosts were unresponsive, there were dead animals on the shared terrace. There was also no mention that the terrace is shared and can be accessed by every single apartment on the floor, as well as people being able to look in if the curtains aren’t closed entirely. There are also no blackout curtains, which means that the room is basically lit up at 5am. The power was also cut off to just our room on check out day, causing us having to leave in an emergency to charge a medical device that WOULD have been charged up, had they not cut the power to force us out of the room. The entire place is a construction site as well, the elevator isn’t finished with metal and is just wooden boards screwed into the frame.

No pillows. No service.

The hotel is placed conveiniently and easy to access.the code activates on time and the room has access to a shared balcony!

We did not have any pillows. Even after several days of communicating with the staff on text we ended our trip without sleeping with proper pillows a single night. We were informed at cleaning would bring pillows the next day three times, but were offered no compensation besides the cleaning fee which is laughable. We were asked to check if there was extras in a closet in the hallway, which was accessible with a key from a keybox. The first night the key was not in the box. The next night i was able to access this closet, which didnt contain any bedding items, so still not a solution. When we arrived at our room, the cleaning was not done, and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to access the room. Some pots and pans in the kitchen were not clean either on arrival. Overall im very dissapointed and expected better for a room like this

Heel fijn appartement met wat kleine minpuntjes

De kamer was fantastisch. Ik had het appartement geboekt vanwege de mogelijkheid om zelf te kunnen koken. Alles was aanwezig en voldeed helemaal zoals het moet. En dat was super. Gezellig rond tafeltje erbij waar we konden eten. Helemaal goed. Het bed was ook voortreffelijk en het "balkon" vond ik ook super mooi gemaakt. Ik denk dat je er in de lente en zomer heerlijk kunt zitten. Ook de tv voor het bed was heerlijk na een lange dag op pad te zijn geweest. Badkamer voldeed ook prima en de gang was ruim met een kledingkast. Op basis van dit zou ik het appartement zonder blikken en blozen een 10 geven. Ik heb een 7 gegeven. Ik vond het ook super dat het boven het nieuwe Fotomuseum is.

De algemene deur is kapot en dat leverde nogal wat gedoe op. Ik moet wel zeggen dat de communicatie erover netjes ging en wij vaak geluk hadden dat iemand aanwezig was om de deur open te maken maar het was de eerste keer dat wij ermee te maken hadden niet prettig rond het vriespunt buiten te staan en niet weten hoe binnen te komen. Op dag 3 kregen wij een code waar wij een sleutel konden halen om te gebruiken om binnen te komen. Neem aan dat dit voor volgende gasten opgelost gaat worden en de deur vervangen of gemaakt gaat worden. Een tweede minpunt was de temperatuur in appartement. Toen wij aankwamen was het 25!!! graden Celsius. Na het koken 26,5 graden. De temperatuur ging niet naar beneden waardoor slapen niet aangenaam was. Ik heb uiteindelijk balkondeur open gemaakt in de nacht en ik kreeg daardoor de temperatuur naar 24,5 graden voordat wij de dag erna weer weggingen. Thermometer op 14 gezet in de hoop dat wij in een koel appartement terecht zouden komen. Bij terugkomst was temperatuur nog steeds 24 graden. Wij hebben toen de deur naar balkon weer opengezet voor 5 uur met een buitentemperatuur van 4 graden en zo hebben wij de kamertemperatuur naar 21 graden gekregen. Helaas was de buurman toen buiten aan het blowen waardoor wij de deur dicht gemaakt hebben. Maar goed, 21 graden is beter slapen dan 24 of 26 graden. Blijkbaar is het zo dat alle appartementen qua verwarming met elkaar verbonden zijn en dat als een iemand zo idioot is om de verwarming absurd hoog te draaien alle appartementen te warm worden. Dat werd in elk geval als verklaring gegeven. Ik denk dat ze hier iets op moeten verzinnen want het is een fantastisch appartement maar dit maakte het verblijf erin een stuk minder. Daarom een 7 i.p.v. een 10. Communicatie hierover was netjes, loste niks op maar was wel vriendelijk en meteen.

Zag er allemaal netjes en verzorgd uit, goede uitvalsbasis om van alles in de stad te kunnen doen. Centrum op ca. 15 minuten lopen, RAI ook goed te doen binnen drie kwartier, en parking om de hoek

Bij regen maakt de kunstzinnige en moderne ombouw om het gebouw/dak veel kabaal

Caution de 300€ à payer en ligne sans le savoir à l'avance. Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure du check in mais la chambre n'était pas prête. Résultats, le ménage a été bâclé et il y avait des poils de partout dans la salle de bain. De plus, le chauffage est bloqué et réglé à une température assez basse. Augmenter ne fonctionnait pas donc nous avons eu froid tous le week-end. Propriétaire peu commercial ni arrangeant par message.

Mooi appartement, erg schoon en goed verzorgd. Naast een metrostation, erg gemakkelijk om verder te reizen door Rotterdam. Zeer tevreden!

Molt millorable.

Edifici nou i apartament nou, amb vistes molt xules i lluminós.

Quan vam arribar ens vam trobar tot l’apartament brut, el Check-in era a les 16.00h i igualment no estava net. D’altra banda, ens vam trobar tots els utensilis de cuina bruts, els coberts, gots, plats, les olles… I per acabar, no tenen calefacció i el sistema de gaire calent no funciona. Hem estat totes les nits pasant fred a l’hora de sopar, no pujàvem del 19.5 de temperatura, i la solució que ens donàvem era nula.

L'idée de loger sur le toit d'un ancien entrepôt de café ,Le mélange brique et dentelle métallique de l'immeuble. La vue le soir sur la ville éclairée. Le balcon, les grandes baies vitrées....Le confort de la literie. Le coin cuisine bien équipé. Le supermarché et le métro au bas de l'immeuble.

Une casserole au fond brûlé mais l'eau de Javel l'a rendue comme neuve. Les portes du bahut que l'on a du revisser.

La habitación era smolis y el baño y tenía balcón

Reservé dos noches a la siguiente noche me sacaron diciendo que rompí una regla y que tenían evidencia pedí la evidencia y que me respondieran por qué me dijeron que por motivos de seguridad no podían hacerlo que si no me iba llegarían con la policía a desalojarme, hice un depósito de 300 y aún no me han dado respuesta de cuando lo devolverán o si no me lo entregarán, me siento estafada y robada

Goede locatie dicht bij de metro. Parkeren op de Parkbee parkeerplaats naast het gebouw. Inchecken ging soepel met de toegangscode. Prima kamer

Appart maar prettig.

Het was op loopafstand van de metro en het was makkelijk te betreden. De kamer was tip top netjes en de airco stond al aan!

De lift zag eruit alsof hij in aanbouw zat (ik wist via andere bronnen dat de beneden verdieping werd verbouwd) Je gebruikt dezelfde code om het gebouw binnen te komen en om je kamer te betreden.

op zich een mooi appartement dat goed ingericht was. ruim comfortabel vrij nieuw. mooi balkon met zitje

ik kon het adres niet vinden omdat er om het gebouw heen nog bouwhekken stonden. de ingang was redelijk verborgen. ze hadden veel beter moeten aangeven wat de naam van het gebouw was want dat stond groot op de gevel dan had ik het meteen gevonden.
