About this apartment rental

Spacious 50m2 apartment with a modern fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electrical devices). Enjoy the comfort of a cool breeze of the air-conditioning in summer.

Crispy and clean bed linen and towels included.
Hairdryer, wellness shampoo and shower gel included.
Fast WiFi internet access.

The bathroom is equipped with a Raindance and handheld shower, a Bluetooth sound system, washing machine and bidet shower.

The bedroom is equipped with comfortable mattresses. The skylight makes you fall asleep under the stars or if you prefer you can use the electric blinds for completely darken the room. Even though it is located in the city center, you will experience that it is quiet and calm.

Looking out of the apartment windows you may either enjoy the skyline at one side or a 19th century convent on the other side, best of both worlds.

Guest access:
The apartment has a separate stairway and private hallway. From the apartment you have access to 6m2 private balcony.

Interaction with guests:
The apartment is located at the 2nd floor of a townhouse. The owners live in the same building and are happy to assist guests any time.

Other things to note:
The apartment is accessible via a stairway (no elevator).

House rules:

Smoking is allowed on the balcony. For your convenience we’ve put an ashtray on the table.

Visitors
You can bring up to 2 extra visitors to the apartment but please be aware that they are your responsibility. The place is not suitable for (nightly) parties with music.

This place was amazing and exactly as discribed. Its position to Central Train Station made it easy to transfer to and from Amsterdam Airport and likewise the Cruise Port.Host Jan was easily contacted and welcomed us on arrival. He explain everything about the accommodation and services in the area.The place itself wonderfully appointed and clean.Cant recommend this apartment highly enough.

The property was very nice, as the pictures on line appear. Jon was the perfect host. He helped us with our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. He helped with info as where to park our car, how to get around town, etc.If we ever return to Rotterdam, we most definitely stay with him. The lodging was a great experience.

Oskar was awesome. He was very friendly, let us do off our luggage and even carried it up for us. He provided recommendations that were close by and walked us through the rental shop we knew were things were. Everything was provided, water wine (we don't drink but it was a nice touch), shampoo conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup remover, perfume and even little candies on the bed. Old town was a quick walk where there many places to eat, shops, markthal, the cube houses, and the train station. There was also a really cute and unique store to buy nice button shirts called Wolff Blitz just down the street and their customer service was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I had a wonderful trip to Rotterdam and surrounding areas. This flat was an excellent choice. It was comfortable, cozy, and very attractive. The location was perfect since it is only a 10 minute walk to Rotterdam Centraal. All transportation was just steps away. The area felt very safe. We absolutely loved staying at this property! It was absolutely gorgeous and in the most perfect place! The apartment was centrally located. It was an easy walk to centraal station. Jan, the host, was extremely kind and responsive! The accommodations were cozy and welcoming! We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms! Overall 10/10 and we can’t wait to come back and stay again! This apartment didn't disappoint. It is stylish and in an excellent location, 10 min walk from the Eurostar terminal, near the shopping district, galleries, and plenty of bars and restaurants. The check in was very simple, Jan was excellent at communicating with us. I'd very much recommend it.

It is centrally located and near all public transportation (short walk of maybe 10 minutes). The binder with instructions was thorough and helpful when needed. This was my first time staying in this apartment and using Vrbo. Despite this Jan, the host, made everything very simple with the check-in process and answered any questions I had very quickly. The place itself was very nice and exactly as advertised. It even had some perks that I did not pick up on such as the Bluetooth system in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this place for a short or long stay in Rotterdam and will definitely come again.

Jan's suite was stylish and extremely comfortable. We were welcomed in the evening with glasses of wine and were tempted to sit out in the terrace even though it had started to rain. We felt pampered and were able to relax and enjoy our stay!

Upon learning that the property that we booked was damaged in recent rains, we were immediately relieved to hear that Jan had gone ahead and booked us in a comparable, conveniently located apartment. He met us at the train to apologize for the change, and walked us to the new apartment and followed up after to insure that we were satisfied. He even brought us a local favorite, appeltaarte, which was delicious! The communication all along the booking process, plus the personal touch when difficulties arose, left us pleased and thankful to have such a considerate host. We look forward to staying in the apartment next year. We did check out the location, which is excellent - easy access to public transportation and stores but on a quiet street.

Better than advertised and only 5 minutes walk from the station. Nice high quality modern decor with lovely bed linen and towels. The apartment has lots of skylights and although it can be warm on a sunny day, the skylights and balcony door open to give a lovely breeze. You do need to ascend a steep flight of stairs but once the luggage is up these were fine. The hosts were so helpful, responsive and welcoming - thank you guys - you were amazing. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Mooi ingericht appartement, compleet uitgerust, schoon, fijne bedden (wel wat hoger dan 'standaard'-bedden), veel rust en privacy, centraal gelegen. Wij waren er in de zomer en vonden het daarom extra fijn dat alle ramen open konden, dat het raam in de slaapkamer verduisterd kon worden, dat er een dakterras bij zat en dat er airconditioning was. Door de hartelijke ontvangst voelden ons erg welkom.

My parents came to visit me for a certain period and they stayed in this very nice apartment. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, clean and very comfortable. The area is also perfect, you are in the middle of the city, close to the central station but at the same time the street and the apartment itself they are super quite. Furhermore, the hosts are super nice, friendly and available. My parents will definetly come back! Thanks again for contributing to a nice journey for them!!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Rotterdam ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof entfernt in einer ruhigen Straße. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und von dort läßt sich Rotterdam ganz entspannt erkunden. Auf E-Mails wurde schnell geantwortet und Jan war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können die Wohnung und den Vermieter nur empfehlen. Und Rotterdam ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und er war sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist vor Ort nicht nötig. Der Nahverkehr ist sehr gut und günstig. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber nur etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und etwa 10 Gehminuten bis in die Innenstadt.

Zentral gelegen, geschmackvoll gestaltet und möbliert, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten und -utensilien. Allerdings könnte der Küchenbereich etwas mehr Beleuchtung vertragen (wir sind Marktgänger und kochen gern selbst). Auch der kleine Balkon war sehr einladend. Alles perfekt.

We had a very great stay at the apartment! Everything needed for a weekend in the city is there, and it has an excellent location. Everything is just around the corner, like a grocer shop, subway stations or bars, etc etc. The apartmant is very clean and luxury provided. Also to mention is the beautiful furnishing in every rooom! We will definitely come back again :)
